a comfortable vacation

昨日は祖母の家に行ってきました。
祖母は８９歳になりますが、毎日料理をして、買って来たお惣菜ですませたり
しない人です。
きちんと掃除をしてつつましく生活してる、しゃんとした人って感じです。
もちろん祖母の家も私の最近好きな古い日本家屋で、昭和１５年くらいに建てら
れたんだとか。自分が興味なかった時は気づかなかったんだけど、すごい味がある。
よく見てみると、あっちにもこっちにも、スローライフの雑誌にでてきそうなレトロ
な物ばかり。パリの景色もいいけど、日本もなかなかいいんじゃな～い？！
I went to my grandmother’s place yesterday.
She’s 89 years old but she cook everyday and she doesn’t make do bought side dishes.
She cleans her place and she’s living modestly and a reliable person.
Of course her house is an old Japanese house of my favorite recently and it was
built in about 1940. I didn’t notice it has atmosphere when I wasn’t interested in it.
When I look at it carefully there are a lot of retrospective things on ``Leisured life’’
of magazine here and there. Not only Parisian scenerys but Tokyo's are very good.
