a comfortable vacation

料理は高校生のときから作っていたけれど、料理の奥深さがわかってきたのは,ここ
数年だと思う。ちなみにこの写真は祖母の作ったいんげんのごまあえ。
何でもない地味なつけあわせだけど、いんげんの切り方、こんもり盛る盛りつけ方、
等、以前は気づかなかったけど、学ぶことが多い。
不思議なもので、料理は嫌々作ると嫌々作ったなりの味になるし、私の場合、大好き
なエンヤの曲を聴きながら楽しく料理すると、何とも幸せな味になる。
ある時は残業になり遅くなったり、英会話のクラスにでてから帰ってきて遅くなった
りと、毎日、時間に余裕があるわけじゃないから、せかせか作らなきゃいけない事も
あるけど、目の前に座ってごはんを食べる人から思わず笑みがこぼれるような、そん
なごはんの時間をたくさん持てると幸せだね。
それが一番のごちそうかな？なーんてくさいかな？
I’ve been cooking since high school but I started to find out about the great depth of
cooking in these few years.
By the way this picture is cooking that my grand mother made `` kidney beans with
sesame dressing’’.It’s not much of a subtle side dishes.I learned how she cuts it and
how she dishes up it’s center highly and all that jazz But I didn’t notice it before.
A strange and funny story is if you cook reluctantly, the taste is not so good.
For me if I cook happily while listening to Enya’s songs ,the taste is kind of happy.
One day I came home late working overtime,another day I came home late taking
English conversation classes. So It’s not that I always have time.I sometimes gotta
cook quickly. It’s happy to have a dinner time when a person who has dinner sitting
in front of me has a smile without thinking.
That is the best dinner for me. Is it cheesy?
