+++A Must Book For Those Who Luv Slow Food+++
Memorable meals K.Kawai is a very successful cookbook author...... And I have already given the highest ratings to two of his earlier books..I can usually pick up on a very good or a very bad book after reading no more than one or two pages... I can see that this book goes to neither extreme. Its quota of photographs is relatively large for an oversize volume and the quality of the photography does not impress me...Looking at his selection of recipes, I am very happy with the offerings.!!!! The chapter on sauces for pasta and polenta includes 50up recipes, most of which are unfamiliar to me. DON'T MISS THIS ONE !!"Slow Mediterranean Kitchen " with a coffee table sized, formatted, and priced book similar to recent volumes from a gaggle of famous restaurant chefs lead by Katsuyuki Kawai..【Katsuyuki Kawai】 Slow & Savory Recipe Excellent Recipes, Wine Tips, and Background...Pricy The "slow food" movement calls for memorable, leisurely cooking and dining...... Kawai's instructions flow deliberate and clear, as relaxing to read as to cook. The photographs are large & lush... and there are useful notes on ingredients and kitchen equipment as well as a culinary tour of Italy's regions.I also found the hints in the front of the book helpful. Simply gorgeous.!!An absolute MUST HAVE for any low carber, anyone trying to feed their kids less sugar...... and still put something on the table that everyone will eat, and anyone currently not inspired to cook. What a relief to not have to worry what to cook for dinner. Every recipe has been a winner I promise you that you'll not be disappointed with this book..And Yes, K.Kawai has pretty much attained goddess status in my life..This Book was a Lifesaver, I'll Never Be Without it..!!Wow! Turned even ME into a Cook
