meggy's journal
I had dinner with my friends at a Brazilian restaurant where is buffet-style and you pay by weight. As you already know, I have a boundless appetite for Feijoada, meat stew with black beans! So my dish was almost filled with feijoada and rice, and a little bit salad. I heard Brazilian eat Feijoada on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As I love the food, I can follow suit. But the problem is most Brazilian foods are too salty for me. Feijoada is one of them. After eating, I've got to go on drinking a lot of water all day. Even so, I can't resist having. You would wonder if I love the food, why I don't cook with less salt. I love eating, but I don't like cooking feijoada that requires much time to cook. When I am rich, I will hire a cook who can cook Brazilian, Korean, and Thai foods
