魂のうた、いのちの旅 (徒然編)

"Over the last several days, I've had a number of people ask me what Jimi would be saying or writing about in times like these. Let's remember that Jimi Hendrix had to live, create and perform during a very tumultuous period and because of what he was, he too did not escape having some horrific "terribles" happen to him. When he wanted to try and laugh about the heavy, he would say, "I'm skeered to death". As to getting a particular message across, the best way for him to respond and to impact was through the music.

His message of love in this song, MESSAGE OF LOVE, was never to roll over and play dead but "come alive" and find your spiritual space and allow Universal Energy to use you for the purpose that it brought you forth. Don't be unduly disturbed because of how others see you, because: "....Well, I am what I am thank God some people just don't understand, well help them God. Find yourself first, and then your tool. Find yourself first, don't you be no fool....Then prove to the man you are strong as him.Cause in the eyes of God you both children to Him...."

Hopefully part of your awareness and response to these sorrowful and regretful events that are happening will be to maintain your spiritual integrity, become an avid student of history and teach the children, for they are our future. And most importantly let us stay grounded in LOVE."
