I did Yoga by English instruction.

I lent this video from my Pirates instructor. Her American friend left it to her because the American friend had to go back to the USA . My husband copied to DVD for me. I did Yoga with it in the morning. This one is for morning so there are no hard postures. A man who instruct Yoga is a quite nice looking. He is my type. I didn't do Yoga so much these days. My body doesn’t move smoothly and I followed English instructions desperately. A meditation is included in this video, that’s so nice. I can remove negative feeling by the meditation. I want to teach Yoga in English someday.
