I apologise for being late with this thank you note.

We wish to let you know how very pleased we were with the guide you provided for us on our recent trip to Japan.

There is no doubt that our visit was made so much better from having their support. Kaori-san was friendly, courteous and very patient with us and made every effort to make certain we enjoyed our time together.

We could not have asked for more. She helped us to understand more of the history of Kyoto and the way of life of the Japanese than we could ever expect to get from travel guides.

We would like to return to Japan and if we do we would hope to meet her again.

And thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to provide the service - we really do appreciate the time and effort required to co-ordinate the requests.
