第8条　商号の保護
商号は，商標の一部であるか否かを問わず，すべての同盟国において保護されるものと
し，そのためには，登記の申請又は登記が行われていることを必要としない。

A trade name shall be protected in all the countries of the Union without the
obligation of filing or registration, whether or not it forms part of a tradem
ark.
