I have made friends with a doctorate degree holder at a psychology school nearby, and she is inviting me to participate in her zemi. Student body of that school is mainly full-time workers, as the school hours are in the evening. The zemi is in Tuesday evening which is convenient for me, so I decide to accept the invitation. Maybe I'll have a chance not only to participate but also to make a presentation on my own research topic. This is indeed a lucky chance.

The only things I did today was eating Takiniku lunch with salad bar a lot, going to massage, and taking 3 hours nap at home. I was told at the massage that strain in my body was almost gone, and it seems the nap took the fatigue of my autonomic nurves away. Now I feel a little refreshed than this morning. My hectic schedule, which I made deliverately, made me worn out and it took me several days to resore energy. I should learn how to turn around the corners...

I attended 3 academic conferences in these 4 weeks, in Tokyo, Sapporo and Sendai. I have been totally worn out. My psychiatrist says, "The power of your turbo engine is great, but you should learn how to slow down and turn around corners to improve your time record." Today our lab will have a meeting to supervise undergrad students, but I decided to skip it.

The academic association where I gave my 1st presentation sent me a post card, saying that "since your presentation was good, we recommend you to contribute an article to our journal." This is a good news, though they only "encourage" me to send a draft but acceptance is not guaranteed. It will be time and energy consuming, but I will do my best to put my article on the journal.

I have to confess that I really hate to read English academic articles. It's quite time/energy consuming. Furthermore, I must serve as a part-time board member in my family company. How can I spare my time and energy to read papers? I know my weakness as a researcher is lack of knowledge on previous researches. I wonder how I can overcome this (ToT)
