mommyseetho set up the yoga class called Shin Shi Yoga for all the people to enjoy safe and relaxing yoga.

The word Shin Shi comes from a Japanese word "真摯 dedicate".
We hope to support practitioners to have healthy wellness life through YOGA. That is our wish.

We are providing delivery YOGA lessons!

At Shin Shi Yoga, we are providing delivery yoga lessons conducted by internationally qualified instructor. People who wants to start yoga in the relaxed environment, who is too busy to go to studio, who cannot go out...etc.,do not worry, we visit you to conduct a private/small yoga class at your own place!

We welcome company events, family day, sports' day activities too. Feel Free to contact us!

You can start with trial lesson. Invite your freinds, family or even neighbours.Group lessons are reasonable and affordable.For the senior or maternity, we recommend to try a private or a semi-private lesson.

We do not charge any joining fee or yearly menbership fee.
Within Klang Vally (KL area) is free charge of transportation.
