先週、森の木に留まっているオスのオオルリの写真を撮りました。日光が足らず、瑠璃色ではなく、黒っぽい色に見えるのが残念です。渡り鳥なので、短い期間しか見ることができないため、写真が撮れたのはラッキーでした。毛虫をくちばしでつまんだところも撮りました。
私は聞いたことが無いのですが、美声で鳴くそうです。 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー I took some pictures of a male blue-and-white flycatcher sitting on a branch in the forest last week. I regret to say that he looks not bright blue or lazuline but blackish in the picture I took because of shortage of sun light. I am very lucky to get the picture because they are migrant birds and I could see them in a short time when they stopover in Tokyo. Additionally I got another image that he pecked at a insect. They can sing beautiful songs though I yet hear it.
