プロデューサーのマイク・チャップマンがこの曲をディスコアレンジにするよう進言して、その通りにしたところ初の大ヒットとなりブレイクするに至りました。
そしてこの曲はアメリカのみならずイギリスでも１位、その他ヨーロッパ諸国でも大ヒットを記録しています。
