Marichyasana I <posture>
1.Sit with your legs extended. Press your hnads down in to the floor to lengthen your spine.
2.Bend your right knee, place your foot on the floor near your thigh.
3.Inhale, extend from the core of your pelvis up through the crown of your head.
4.Exhale, strech your right arm forward on the inside of your right leg.
5.Rotate your right arm and bend the elbow, and wrap your right arm around the outside of your right leg.
6.Glasp your left wrist with your right hand.
7.Inhale and extend from your pelvis through the crown of your head.
8.Exhale, bend forward over your left leg.
