●Ｑ,【 What's 「Exchange Language」】！？

「Exchange Language」とは、「言語交換」という意味です。
日本で生まれ育った人は日本語が話せます。
英語圏で生まれ育った人は英語が話せます。

そして、そのお互いの母国言語を教えあうことを「Exchange Language」といいます。

Exchange language is people who speak different languages practicing each other's language.
They help each other to learn languages.

For example,
an English speaker who is learning Japanese will do a language exchange with a Japanese speaker who is learning English.
They help each other to learn / practice languages.



▼The Villageでは、初級/中級/上級(梅・竹・松)とレベル分けしています。
そして、１つのグループに３～５人と分けています。

あまり大人数ですと、多少言語力が周りの方より劣る方が恐縮してしまうのを避ける為です。
ですので友達同士の参加をオススメします。その際は、同じ席に優遇致します。
ちなみにオーガナイザー当人も英語は残念な感じです。日本語も。

We divide into groups of avg.3-5 persons per a table.
And we divide into beginner/middle/upper grade (apricot tree/bamboo/pine).

Actually,I'm not good English speaker ,even Japanese,too ...


【The Village Rule】

1).時間厳守 -DON'T BE LATE PLZZZZZZZ!!-

▼The Villageでは、Exchange Languageをしてもらうことを主としています。
よーするにギブ＆テイクです。６９です。

"Language Exchange" is a system that we teach the language of our native each other.
Not only we can learn the language, It's give-and-take. It's 69.

その為、途中での参加はご遠慮願います。
ですが、仕事等の都合もあるとは思いますので遅刻するけど、どーしても参加したいと思った方は
一度、前もって連絡していただけるようにお願いします。


So plz come and join us on time.
However,if u had to work the day,and if you wanted to really come and join us ,
Plz let me know ASAP.



2).JAPANESE & ENGLISH ONLY POLICY！

▼The Villageでは、
1h:JAPANESE time　/1h: ENGLISH time
としゃべることのできる言語と時間帯を決めています。
はっきり言って違反者はとーっても迷惑です。
なので、違反者には罰を与えます。

We have to talk about topics in only Japanese,English.

So an offense is a real nuisance.
For that reason severe punishment awaits those who disobey orders.

「ものまね」です。maybe..

It's「mimic」 たぶん。



3).HUG ME～！

▼The Villageでは、言語を通して　文化や新しい友達との出会いの場にして欲しいと考えています。
ですので、ラストは同グループのメンバーと握手＆ハグでしめたいと考えています。
ですので、狙っているメンズやガールズとの参加大歓迎です。
でも、イチャイチャするカップルは、強制的に別の席に移動します。

We would like to you enjoy sharing culture, meeting cool friends, with learning language.
so I'm thinking We would like to you and your new friends each other with hug and handshake the end of 「the village」,
