平和の条件ー世界連邦の目標と構想（中日出版）
内容 善と悪の判断は、道徳観念に基づく。殺人は悪である。しかし、不思議なことに気づく。暴力を目的とした軍隊は合法的組織集団であり、殺人を繰り返せば英雄にすらなる。この善悪の判断基準が異なるものは何なのか。 とりわけ核戦争の危機は依然、払拭されておらず、なお人類の生存が脅かされている。科学技術の進展は、倫理と分離したとき、平和への脅威となり、文明への脅威となり、人類生存への大きな脅威となってしまった。自国の利益拡大の国際的道徳水準がもたらした現代文明の極点を示したものが、核兵器の出現である。廃絶しえない核兵器の恐怖は、人類史の終焉さえも予感させている。まさにいつ落ちてくるかもしれない「ダモクレスの剣」の下に人類は生存しているのである。 Contents The good and judgment of evil are based on a morality idea. Homicide is wrong. However, a wonderful thing is noticed. The army aiming at violence is a lawful organization group, and if homicide is repeated, it will become even a hero. What is that from which the judgment standard of these good and evil differs? Especially, the crisis of a nuclear war is not still wiped away but, in addition, survival of human beings is threatened. When it dissociates with ethics, progress of technology serves as a threat to peace, serves as a threat to civilization, and serves as a big threat to human-beings survival. It is the appearance of nuclear weapons which showed extrem point of the present age civilization which the international morality level of the profits expansion of its own country brought about. Fear of the nuclear weapon which must have been abolished is making even a presentiment of of his death of the history of human beings have.
