野菜バトン

―まずはじめに、１》野菜は好きですか？嫌いですか？好き嫌いは食材ではなく料理に左右される２》一番好きな野菜トマト、カボチャ３》どうしても食べられない野菜さらしタマネギ、白髪ネギにがうりは―ここ数年慣れてきたが、苦味抜きはしっかりと。４》一番食べた量が多いと思われる野菜おそらくニンジン、カボチャ、もやし子供の頃は、ニンジンやピーマンは平気だった一方大根・キャベツ・茄子が嫌い―と、好みは周囲の他の子と幾分違っていたように思う。５》家で育てたことのある野菜・子供の頃、マンションのベランダでプチトマトを作ったことが。・母方の本家が果樹農家で、自家用に野菜を色々作っている。（2010.3.22および2010.6.7参照）えんどう、さやえんどう、きゅうり、ネギ、タマネギ、ジャガイモ、ほうれんそう、かぼちゃ、にがうり、ピーマン、茄子、春菊、キャベツ、白菜、水菜、小松菜、ししとう、大根、花オクラ、さつまいも　etc今夏はニンジンとトマト、プリンスメロンを植えて奇跡的に成功。（トマトは最後には猛暑でだめになったが―大分前に一度植えた時は失敗だったとか）（左端のニンジンにご注目）来春に向けて、恒例のえんどう・さやえんどうに加え、ブロッコリー、ソラマメ、スナップエンドウが仲間入りの予定。果たして･･･―続きまして三択でお答えください(好き…○/普通…△/嫌い…×)トマト…　○きゅうり…　△ナス…　△ピーマン…　○大根…　△にんじん…　○かぶ…　△ブロッコリー…　○カリフラワー…　×キャベツ…　△レタス…　△サニーレタス…　×しゅんぎく…　△はくさい…　○ねぎ…　△　生では×たまねぎ…　○　生では×こまつな…　○ホウレン草…　○―続きまして料理について、１》一番好きな野菜料理八宝菜２》得意な野菜料理肉野菜炒め、グラタン（かぼちゃ、芋類、ホウレンソウなど）３》おすすめのドレッシング４》家でよく出る野菜料理かぼちゃの煮つけあと、野菜で具沢山の味噌汁５》外食のときによく頼む野菜料理おそらく、ほうれんそうのソテーやオーソドックスな野菜サラダ６》これにはこれをかけると美味しいよ！そんなこだわりがあれば教えてくださいスライストマトにはこんなドレッシングを。酢・醤油大さじ1ずつに砂糖一つまみとごま油を少々＋バジルか青じそのみじん切りもあれば。７》栄養バランスや健康面などのために食べると良い野菜(料理)ってありますか？野菜は"少量の水で蒸し茹で"にすると栄養や味の損失が少なく、調理時間が短くなって省エネにもなる―と料理小冊子で見て実践に移したが、時間や火力・水の量の加減がまだよく分からず、色々試している。―最後に、１》トマトジュースは飲めますか？あんまり２》千切りキャベツにかける調味料は？和風ドレッシングが多い３》生のにんじん、好きですか？嫌いですか？全然OK。スライサーで千切りにしてサラダにすると最高。４》では、生のたまねぎは？これは未だに嫌い５》農家の方々へ一言（ちょっと趣旨とずれますが、身内に農業関係者がいて、子供の頃から畑仕事を手伝ってきた者としては）ベランダの植木鉢や窓辺での水栽培でハーブを育ててみる程度でも、"食べるもの"を実際に（できれば種や苗から）育ててみたら、やはり人間も地球の一部で「土」があるから生きていけるもの―と実感がわくのではないかと思います。６》野菜について主張してください味・価格・栄養面とも旬の野菜を利用するのがベストだと思う。年中店に並んでいて味の違いが分からない野菜もありますが、季節はずれだと明らかに美味しくないものや、シーズンでないと店で見ない野菜も結構あるものです。（2008.11.30参照）７》回す人がいましたら回してくださいよろしければ、植物（野菜に限らず）を育てるのがお好きな方、料理がお好きな方、いらっしゃいましたら。８》ありがとうございました、明日もたくさん食べましょう　　植木鉢の苺のこども。（2010.9.7参照）葉を茂らせて着々と育っています。苺や上記のプリンスメロンは野菜なのか果物なのか―という話題で家族で盛り上がったことが―さて。＜バトン持ち帰り＞------------------エムブロ！バトン倉庫http://mblg.tv/btn/view?id=26146------------------

Before 30th anniversary

Next year is 30th anniversary of Toshiki Kadomatsu's professional career.Since he made his debut in June 1981, he has been appreciated highly both as a singer-songwriter and a producer.However, although he has produced various songs that made smash hits, he himself hasn't made a smash hit.He has stuck to recording albums with high quality.His albums have placed high in the charts many times, but not as for singles.Kadomatsu talked on stage in Osaka -if there are "general public" and "music fans", he has been loved and supported by "music fans".He said that 30 years are passing without being recognized by general public.In Kadomatsu's career, once he stopped his works as a singer in 1993. (See Jun. 16, 2007)He calls it "freeze".When he resumed his performance in 1998 -he calls it "thawing"-, it was said to be important to be recognized by young fans.However, he felt that it must be just hallucinations to feel young when he was with younger people.He feels that fewer musicians try to create works appealing to adults.He thinks adults must be roll models for younger generation.Besides, there are more adults than young people in Japan due to lower birth late.So he tried to create a new album accepted by adult fans over their thirties.This is his latest album "Citylights Dandy". (See Oct. 3, 2010)Jocularly, he said that the tour after the release of this album was "R-30" -"No greenhorns".According to Kadomatsu, he is not sure when he is making a release of next album due to contract with the record company.However, 30th anniversary of his professional career is coming.He has already been making his next move for 30th anniversary concert in June 2011 at Yokohama Arena.In June 2006, his 25th anniversary concert went on more than six hours, and many people missed the last train.(See also Jun. 12, 2008)That's why 30th anniversary concert is starting at 4 p.m. so that audience can enjoy the lingering imagery after the concert.And various musicians he has trusted and worked together are performing together, but no guests.Besides, songs Kadomatsu wants to sing are selected; not all the songs loved by audience are the songs Kadomatsu is happy to sing.Now Kadomatsu is fifty years old.Some of the musicians -and his friends- he worked with are already gone. Even so, he has worked together with many musicians and tried various things in almost 30 years.The audience and fans are also his pleasure.He has come through many turning points.As he looks back the past, he believes the choices he has made are right overall.But he has never felt the triumph that makes him clench his fists.So he decided his next goal to fulfill his accomplishment.I wonder what his next goal is, what the accomplishment for him is, and what makes him feel the triumph...The first step to his goal is 30th anniversary concert.Kadomatsu said that he would wish even just the audience at the tour to see him achieve the goal.(See also Dec. 17, 2009)(Translation: Unable-to-think-up-Handle)

Nobody knows you when you are down and out

Again, I'm not talking about blues.One of the major consumer loan companies filed a bankruptcy-reorganization plan.I had expected that such things would happen sooner or later:For the past few years, I have seen many advertisements of law offices publicizing to help taking back overpaid interest money from consumer loan companies and solve debt problems in various other ways.How many people have borrowed money from those consumer loan companies aside, it's not so difficult to imagine that it would be a burden for consumer loan companies if many people try to take back overpaid interest money.However, lending money at interest higher than the regulation is against the law after all.Then, does it mean that such consumer loan companies have been on illegal business...?There could be some cases that some people were really saved by money from consumer loan companies, but it would be always best to avoid borrowing money from such finance companies.Fortunately, I'm not taking a loan at such consumer loan companies -I've bought an equipment material on the easy payment plan before, though.Then I need to learn about money management (not investing in stocks).-Come to think of it, I wonder how much I studied about practical family finances at school -maybe at social studies or home economy classes.Surely I remember learning about the system of credit cards at home economy classes in high school.I think we learned how the amount of tax is fixed at social studies classes in junior high school.And I was taught to keep petty cash books at home economy classes in elementary school -is there anything else?And recently, I heard news about a special class about life management at a junior high school...-How about the current situation? Citylights Dandy/　Toshiki Kadomatsu

(See Aug. 11, 2010 first)Toshiki Kadomatsu's latest album described as "Summer 4 Rhythm part2".For 29 years in his career, he has written various songs about "city" and "night".They are regarded as byword of Kadomatsu as much as "sea, sky and resort", the main theme of "Summer 4 Rhythm".At the beginning of his career, the producer back then tried to promote him as a star of city-pops.He repelled such a movement, though -and that turned into a driving force of his challenge.This time, "4 rhythm" are-Drums: Tom TamadaBass: Hideki MatsubaraGuitar: Tsuyoshi Kon (See Sep. 1, 2008)Keyboards: Toshiyuki Mori (See Mar. 17, 2008)All the members except for Tamada are old and trusted members of Kadomatsu's back-up band.Tamada is the only one of the four who is in his thirties.Kadomatsu was looking for musicians in younger generation with talent.Mori and Shingo Kobayashi (See Mar. 17, 2008) introduced Tamada to Kadomatsu, and Tamada took part in Kadomatsu's former album "No Turns".Later, blu-ray discs of "Citylights Dandy" were on sale.Kadomatsu says that the sound is much better.Besides, motion pictures of night views edited by Kadomatsu are included.He explained why he made a release of blu-ray version at a concert in Osaka:Recently, entertainment is under serious recession.One of the problems is illegal copy, but blu-ray cannot be copied.Besides, a blu-ray disc can include various data sources -music, motion pictures, and so on.And from next year, transition to terrestrial digital broadcasting is going to be completed.It is possible that blu-ray can connect TV and Internet, with diversity of information blu-ray can include.It seems that in his way, he is concerned about the situation of entertainment -and trying to cause a new movement.However, even without motion pictures on blu-ray, we would see various views of "city" and "night" as we listen to the music:"Hot Lazy Night" -cool night bleeze is coming into a dark room after a hot and humid day in summer,"Fly By Night" -as shown by the title,"La Carnaval" -the only song with Latin flavor; a city in Brazil.According to Kadomatsu, his father wished to immigrate to Brazil when he was young, but it didn't come true due to opposition from his family.The son Kadomatsu wrote this song, thinking of Father.However, Kadomatsu might not have been here if his father had immigrated to Brazil -Kadomatsu said on stage.The closing number "See You Again" might have been written in a state of mind like "Yoru no semi" (a cicada shrilling at night) in "No Turns"...
