Recently, I learned that when we are anxiety, our brain cannot bear the contradiction to keep presence of mind under anxious situation, and concentrate on information that stimulates anxiety even more.I realized immediately that this is how tabloid TV talk shows -or Wide-Show in our language, try to attract viewers.I read that psychology specialists recommend to stop watching those Wide-Shows idly in order to avoid getting stressed out, and wondered whether Wide-Shows side is aware of that.
