Serene state of mind

I use an IC card when I take trains around Kansai.
But there is a problem at one of the stations:
About half of the ticket gates at the entrance are IC card compliant.
We can also use former tickets and cards.
When a train arrives at the station, people who use IC cards rush to the gates.
Then sometimes people going into the platform with IC cards have to wait.
I've missed the train several times due to that, wishing even one of the IC-card-compliant gates were entrance only.
