There are many questions when you try to build an automated portfolio to enter the finance markets. Of course everybody knows that choosing to have bigger diversification will lead to better results , but the real question is- how big. When you choose such porftolio for exemple -
forex robots then you need to understand that choosing too big number of robots can have negative effect. If there are top 10 and 30 medium and 10 with low results , chooshing 50 will not bring any good. Choosing top 5 forex trading robots will bring much higher profit, but it is impossible to know in advance if some from this 5 will fail. So in my opinion choosing the top 20 % from the good available expert advisors is the sweet spot.
