This is one of the coolest shows ever to come out of Japan. It's on about 3 times every day on SpikeTV (an American channel). Here it is called Most Extreme Challenge. I like when the people fall and hurt themselves, of course. But the best part is the commentary. It is dubbed over in English, and its hilarious. They're saying things in english that they so obviously aren't saying in Japanese. And then they interview the 'contestants' where 稲川淳二 (in the English version he's called Guy LeDuche) always tries to feel up the women and they always get mad at him. Anyway, the point is that even though this show is apparently about as old as I am, the version we get here is great.
