最近のHip Hop Musicはsex,women,booty,やmoneyなどについてのlyricsが多い中、Kanye Westの曲のlyricsは意味が深いものが多い。

彼のmusicはリズムが良いだけでなく、何よりlyricsの意味が深いので、私の好きなArtist/Producer。

つい最近、このKanyeのAlbum"College Dropout"の"Jesus Walks"の3つのPVのうち２つを見た（彼はこの曲のPVを３つも作っている）。

１つ目のPVはBlack prisonersがWhite officersにリンチされているシーンから始まるもので、KKKが十字架を燃やしているシーンで終わる。

２つ目のPVはhustler,stripper,alcholicがsoulを求めてChurchに来るシーンとRiotsなどのシーン。

見ていて、思わず涙が出そうになった。

私はこの曲を聞いて、彼の才能を改めて実感した。

彼のmusicはリズムが良いだけではなく、深いメッセージが含まれている、考えさせられるもの。

Kanyeのファンでない方にもこの"Jesus Walks"のPVは是非見てもらいたい。
