• ゴールデンウイーク

  ちょう久しぶりに日記など書いて見る。4/21にサイトオープンしてから、あっと言う間にゴールデンウイークになった。リリースして、自分が担当したところは全くトラブってないが、予想外に保守案件の推進などを任せてもらい、暇々くんにはなれなかった。任せてもらえるのは、素晴らしいこと。主体性を持って、がんばろうとおもう。昨年、プロジェクトに入った時の、日記を見て、懐かしいと思った。やはり、日々なにをかんじ、どう過ごしているかを残しておくと、後で振り返ることが、できるので、仕事の日記はつけておくようにしよう。ゴールデンウイークは久しぶりに、まともな休日を過ごすことができた。が、あいかわらす肩が痛いのは変わらない。ボクシングしてもなおんないから、また、鍼打ちに行くしかないのか～。高いから、寝て治るならそうしたいのだが最近は疲れがたまり過ぎてダメっぽいからもう医学に頼るしかないか？

• 6/23　追い詰められて足はしびれてるの眠れない

  これまでの会社人生で、もっとも追い詰められて過ごしている。現在進行形。気分転換と冷静になるために振返ってメモ。制限時間10分6/6月　子供生まれる6/8水　プロジェクト参画6/9木～追加案件見積り→約100MM弱6/17金 PJ全体を見立て、100MMははまらない宣言　　　 貧乏くじ掴んだ気分満載6/17金 突然、追加案件を立ち上げるから何か資料作れとの指示　　　 中身分かんないんですけど！6/18、19土日　考えて何か作成。日曜昼に完成。ボクシング最高。6/20月 何か作ったもので、明日から分科会開始、3週間で概要設計終了と通告あり。半徹。　　　 顧客キーマン、恐ろしく仕事ができる雰囲気。圧倒的に怖い。6/21火 資料作成し、なんとかキックオフ会を実施　　　 翌日の社内作戦会議向けに、例の100MMの見積を分解してみた。半徹。6/22水 社内で100MMはまらない分他、どうするか作戦会議→一応形になる　　　　→顧客に向けて規模半分にしないといけない、のメッセージ。　　　 CRチーム内で、混沌の状況を整理するMTG。7月以降の組立てを日曜に。　　　 金曜向けの社外ヒアリングQAを整理。Partnerの出して恥かけない。半徹。6/23木 次週以降の進め方に悩む。2週間で100MM相当をどう終わらせる？　　　 全体を分解、検討テーマとそれぞれの論点を整理しよう。　　　 Partnerを4時間拘束し、何とか全4回のMTGでの論点は見えてきたか？　　　 PMからTEL。追加リソースの件。　　　　→来週から1人＋新人をあげると言われ、人数ではないと強調。　　　　　中身も顧客も分からない中で、今のままでは絶対に出来ないと直訴　　　　　→10分後、頼りになる先輩をしばらく投入する旨連絡あり。　　　 やっぱり、言ったもん勝ちの世の中だと実感　　　 でも、このまま続けてたら、まじでやばい　　　 今も足はしびれた感じが続く＠マック。

• 新プロジェクト一日目感想

  一日の４時間半が全員でミーティングでびっくり あと１０ヶ月でリリースなのに、全体のmilestoneがまともなものではない これはおったまげた 魂感じなかった ということは、どういうことだろう？ 全体がしっかり把握できてない？ しかし、中身を見るとこれまですくない体制だったのに、検討されているところはしっかりされているようみえる 若手中心だが優秀なメンバが頑張ってやってきた？ 原因追求はともかく、ちょっと頑張れば、全体の関連は把握できそうな… 優先事項は規模ざっくり把握と、実行可能なスケジュール作り そのためには、今の状況を押さえる(ざっくりでよくて時間かけない) まず聞く 資料読む 書き出す ゴールを押さえる(何を作る、どうやって作る、人はどれだけ) 進め方考える まずはこれくらいかな

• 20110606 生まれた日

  予定日を９日すぎて元気な男の子が生まれた出産現場に立ち会うことができ、本当に良かった分娩室であっけにとられてしまった生まれて間もなく、おぎゃあと本当にないたしアカチャンだから赤い（紫？）のも見て初めてわかった。ロールケーキの日。おおげさだが一生忘れたくない。明日から、新プロジェクトで、自分も生まれ変わったつもりで自分を出して、楽に、そして、わがままに、いこう。。。がんばるぞー

• 2010.11.03 Perfume @ TOKYO DOME

  楽しかったなー。また行きたい。もう１回行きたい。満員ドーム５万人をあれだけ盛り上げられるのはすごい。ドーム超満員だし。あの観客数がいれば、一体感を出すのも難しかろうと想像してたが、良い意味で期待を裏切る。言葉で表せないが全体として一体感のある空気だったよに思う。家でDVD、youtubeもいいけどやっぱライブ。我が息子もおおよろこびで、また行きたいね。ということで合意。もしライブハウスだったら黙っていくしかないな。。。すまん。マカロニとかedgeとかききたい曲はほかにもあったがとりあえずはよい。またの機会に。帰りに息子とふたりで回転寿しを食べて帰宅。今後もPerfumeの音楽は聴き続けられる、というかますますはまりそうな気が。。。

• 2010.10.31 monkey majik @ SHIBUYA CC LEMON

  今年２回目のmonkey majikライブ。渋谷CCレモンだったので今回は子連れで参戦。１７時過ぎ、場内が暗転した瞬間にわが息子が持ていた耳栓をなくした。。。なるほど、、、耳栓は自分でつけられないし、落とすと真っ暗な場所で探せないのでつかえないことが分かる。はじまって３曲目くらいで我が息子は爆睡してしまった。あんなにうるさくても眠れるんだなー、とふと昔ライブハウスで自分も居眠りしてたことを思い出す。ちょっとはやかったかなーロックのライブ。ライブをみて、monkey majikはやっぱりライブバンドだなぁと実感。はじめてみたのもインディーズ時代の定禅寺ストリートジャズフェスティバルの路上ライブだった。あのときは路上ライブやってるのに超かっこよく度肝をぬかれたなあ。CD買ったときにサインもらっておけば良かったとつくづく思う。今回、インディーズ時代の曲をやったのには驚いた。しかも好きだった曲。brought it down だっけな。曲のバックにはインディーズ時代からファンが撮影していた？と思われるライブ映像などが流れていてなんかかっこいい演出だったなあ。と思う。きたるべきdvd用？に同じ曲をライブで２回やってくれたり盛りだくさんであった。ニューアルバムもはやく聴いてみたいなー。

• 20100913　なめられたくない

  土日にそれなりに考えて作成した資料をレビューしたところこれじゃうちの会社の存在意義がないと一刀両断された。たしかに「それなり」に考えてしまったので頭に来て（自分に）こんな時間までマックにこもって資料を作り直した。うーん。。。かけた時間と労力の割にはまだ完成の域に届かない。悔しいが実力はここまでと思って明日の朝１時間のひらめきに賭ける。ひとつひとつの細部に対してなぜこう表現したのか？を説明つくようにしないと。。ハイレベルな上司に鍛えられてると思ってやってやる！

  I woke up at 3:30 A.M. on Friday morning to watch World Cup Japanese vs Denmark game.I slept at 9 p.m. on Thursday night. went to bed?My wife and son didn't wake up until the end of match,nevertheless their comment before sleep.I thought that game was the best game of JAPANESE National Team recently.It was more exciting game than before 2 matches in an elimitnation round.After all I think that the pleasure of watching soccer game is 'getting GOALS'. So Brazil vs Portgual game was very bored . Both team was not aggressive but deffensive style. And there was no GOAL scene.Well, Japanese media speaks highly of National Team and director Okada,however they abused director OKADA severely before World Cup began.I found out two truthes through these change of valuation.-----------------------------1. All that count is the result for others,not the processes. >If the result was a loss , people would abuse. The valuation is not related to the process. >This rule is adapted to real business.-----------------------------2.On the other hand ,good result nees the processes. The result without processes is only fluke. >1 and 2 looks like comflicts,but not.>I think these two things is different point of view to the same thing.>For example the following would probably be possible point of view .(The processes) Director Okada tested the National Team's System before world cup performance.(The result)That preparing processes would be related to qualify an elimination round.-----------------------------Anyway I hope Japanese National Team to win the next Paraguay game.That's all for today.

• macbook hdd交換　120GB→500GB　メモリ交換よりめんど。

  メモリーに続きわがmacbookを強化した。もともと４万円台で買ったビックカメラの展示品だったのでいままでパワーアップに二の足を踏んでいたがさすがに写真と音楽だけで100GB近くいってるのでやってみた。120GBだったのを、無駄に500GBにしてみた。amazonで8000円くらい。日立製。あけてみたら純正は東芝だった。しかしディスクやメモリーの容量は恐ろしい勢いで増えていく。。。先日のメモリー増設に比較すると、HDDは面倒。とはいっても移行まで含めて１日でできるなら速い早いか。物理的に交換する作業は、いろんな方のBLOGを参考にして、とても簡単にできたのだがデータの移行に手間取ってしまった。何があって困ったのかをそのうちまた交換するかもしれないのでメモっておく。結論メモタイムマシンでとってたバックアップを使ったらトラブルなくもどせた。元々の内蔵ディスクから新しいハードディスクへの移行はうまくいかなかった。　→OSXのインストールDVDのディスクユーティリティの復元でエラーが出てしまって、写真も音楽も一枚も一曲も移動されず。。。　→理由はよくわからなかった。やったことメモ１　新しいハードディスクをフォーマットしないで本体に取り付け　　→これが苦労の引き金を引いたような。次やるときは前もって復元してから本体に取り付けてみてもよい。２　電源いれたらmacの画面に？マークが出て焦る。　　→OSインストールDVDを入れて起動すべきだったが忘れていたため。　　→よく分からないがPRAMクリアというのをやってみた。（意味あったのかどうかは不明）　　→本来はDVD入れてCを押しながら起動するらしい。　　　（実際はPRAMクリアして２度目の起動音（ファーン）がなったあとにDVDを入れてまってたら？じゃなくてリンゴが出てきた後、OSXインストールが起動。良かった）３　OSXインストールDVDを使ってフォーマット　　→フォーマットのやり方がよくわからなくてまいった。ディスクユーティリティの消去ってやつ　　→パーティションをきるべきかどうか考えてなかったので迷った。Windows入れる訳でもなく分けないことに。　　　分ける意味を勉強しておく必要がある。かも。４　OSXをインストールDVDから　　→1時間近くかかる。放置して寝ちゃえば良かった。。５　インストール完了後、移行しますか？のときに、あとでやる。とやって寝る。　　→このとき、最初からタイムマシンを選択して復元しとけばよかった。　　　＊タイムマシンのNASへの接続は、いつもはguestユーザでやってるのにこのときだけは　　　　管理者じゃないとつながらず。（ユーザIDとパスワードを調べるのに手まどる。事前に思い出しておく）６　朝起きて、OSXインストールディスクから起動して、ディスクユーティリティで復元先と元の選び方を悩む　　→ネットで調べて左側のウィンドウにあるボリュームをドラッグすれば良いと分かる。。。　　　復元元をUSB接続の元HDD、復元先を新HDDの[Macintosh HD（フォーマット時に名前を指定）]に。　　→それほど時間をたたないうちに、エラーが出てできなかったとかいうメッセージが。。。７　良く分からないので息子の相手をしながらもう一度OSをインストールし直してみる８　６と同じように、懲りずに元々の内蔵HDDから新HDDへ移行しようとする。　　→今度は６とは違うエラーが出て、itunesがなんたらってなってるので何曲か失敗したのかと思う。　　　しかし、ほどなく復元が終了したが、itunesもからっぽ。iphotoに至ってはアプリごと移行されず。　　　９　しかたがないので、もう一度OSをインストールしなおして、子供の相手をする１０　タイムマシンでやってみる。NASへの接続ができたあとは、意外とスムーズに100GBをエラーなしで復元成功。１１　やっとおしまい。途中、息子の相手とマーボ豆腐を作りながらだったので何度もOSインストールし直しもイライラはしなかった。が、夜とかに独りでやってたら、これはイライラするだろうと思う１２　500GBだと思ってたら、465GBと認識されているらしい。35GBはどこへ？と思うが空きが300GBもあるので別にいいか。あと、関係ないはずのDVDドライブがブオーンと振動音が大きくなった気がするのは自分のねじのしめかたがゆるいせいなのか？ItunesへCDとりこみおわったときだけうるさくなった気がする。HDDとは関係ないけど。１３　紆余曲折はしたが、100GBもの環境を１日弱でまるっと復元できてしまうmacってすばらしい。　　会社のpanasonicノートPCを入れ替えたときの手での移行はちびちびと２週間くらいかけて　　やったことを思い出すとこれはすばらしい機能だなと思う。　　もう家のWindowsを買い替えるのはやめようと思った。

• macbook メモリ交換　4GBで簡単でびびった

  買ってから１年くらいたったmacbook 最近いろいろとやりたいことが増えてきたのでメモリを2GBから4GBに増設してみた。結論から言うと、こんなに簡単なら買ってすぐさっさと交換すれば良かった。ただ、もともと2GBでも結構さくさく動いてたので効果を体感している感じではない。。画像とか加工したら役立つのだろう。今回、メモリを買うまでに、どれを買ったら良いか分からず結構ネットサーフィンしてしまった。macbookの型番がMB881J/A （Early 2009）というモデルだが、谷間の機種なのか、ネット通販の店によってこの型番自体が出てなかったりして、どのメモリを買ったら良いのか？？？となってた。規格は一緒でも、Windowsで動いてもMACではうごかないみたいな情報もヨドバシの店員（愛想なし男さん）にインプットされてさらに不安。結局、秋葉館というショップで、Samusung のメモリを購入。For MACって書いてあるし、Samusungは純正にも使われていると書かれていたし。会社の先輩に聞いたら秋葉館というのは昔からあるmac向けのパーツを扱う店だとのこと。まあ、良かったのではと思った。入金後すぐに送付してくれたし。それでも届いてみたら、バルク品っぽく、簡易な包装って感じだったし、韓国のはずのサムスン製がMade in Chinaとか書いてあって大丈夫かなーと思いつつ交換作業にかかる。で、尋常じゃなく簡単に交換できて何の問題もなさそうに動いている。思いのほか簡単にできて、うまくいってうれしくなったので久しぶりにBLOGに記録を残す。ただ、macbookからはずしたメモリーにはhynixとあった。サムスンじゃねーのか。。。で、これも韓国製。appleはグローバルで安くて品質の確保できるところから調達する仕組みをもっているのだろうなあ。半導体関連はアジアが安くて品質よいのだろうか。日本製品はどうなんだろ。品質と価格。最近グローバルの生産管理を考えることが多いので、Appleの調達のしくみってどうなってんだろうと単純に考えてしまった。次は、120GBしかないハードディスクを500GBに交換しよう。HDDも簡単でありますように。

• Reporting one's situation to others in the meeting.

  ---After Dave's review---Today I attended the meeting,I thought 'Fundamental rules of reporting'.Before talking of details,I begin to talk about context.The context is below.The meeting of our division is held every Friday.Some leaders have to report their activity's progress to everyone.I felt that some differences exist between some reports.The differences are easy to understand.One leader's report was easy to understand.Another leader's report was not easy to understand.What were the differences?I considered the differences during the meeting.I summarized '7 rules for a good reporting' at once.------------------------------Fundamental rules for a good report------------------------------1. Conclusion comes first. ( Be short as possible.)For example The activity have finished. The activity is confusing by conflicton of issue.2. Express background information. Don't start reporting the details of activities. Others will not understand the contents with sudden start. Others don't remember your last week's report. So if you start reporting with details , others don't understand contents.3. Report from the whole view to the detail view. It is similar to the rule No.2 above.4. Express the process to the core contents. It is important for listeners to hear process for getting the core contents. People cannot understand if you start with the core contents. I think it is important why your opinion generated.5. Report what are the problems and express your thought or stance to the problems.6. Report the 'Plans' to the future. (especially how you spend time next week)7. Stand the view of listeners. Firstly , you have to simplify your report. Secondly, think the main contents. Main contents have to be report in detail. You have to think as if you have no knowledge to your activities. Almost all listeners are interested in their own.   ---After Dave's review---I have been to boxing gym every week since the end of February.I have got(ten) more stamina than when I began.When I started to box, I was very very tired after 3 rounds of beating mits.The trainer said that my stamina was better than before.The more stamina I got, the harder the training became.Recently I learned the combination punch named 'FOUR'.Four is composed of four punches.One is jab.Two is straight.Three is hook.Four is straight.And jab with stepping forward motion.It is important to step forward motion for the last jab.Because punching without a step is less power.Another version of FOUR is exist.It is called UPPER FOUR.One:jabTwo:straightThree:hookFour:UpperAnd jab with stepping forward motion.And I learned other combination that called 'JAB HOOK'.One:jabTwo:hookThree:straightAnd jab with stepping forward motion.When finishing combination punches,I have to jab.It is simple rule but sometimes I forgot.And today I found my weakness.When I was tired,my left arm became lower.IF I lower my left arm,it is easy for my opponent to beat my face.That's all today's diary.---before Dave's review---I have been to boxing gym every week from the end of February.I got more stamina than I began.When I started to box, I was very very tired after 3 rounds beating mits.Trainer said that my stamina was better than began.More stamina I got, the training was harder and harder.Recently I learned the combination punch named 'FOUR'.FOUR is composed of four punches.One is (left) jab.Two is (right) straight.Three is (left) hook.Four is (right) straight.and jab with stepping forward.   今日は急に有休がとれたので、ひさびさに仕事のことを全く忘れてひとりで街をぶらついた。昨晩、いろいろと考えたが、平日の昼間しかできない独りでできることを考えた結果原宿あたりをぶらついて服を物色するという選択をした。映画も考えたが、ひとりじゃなくてもできるし、家でDVD借りてきても良いし。ボクシング行こうと思ったが休みの日で大丈夫だし。たまたま先週土曜の空き時間に、floatに遊びにいってなんとなく洋服に火がついていた。さがしものは１）バックパック２）ワークパンツ／ペインターパンツ成果１）バックパックは良さそうなものにあたりをつけてかえってくることができた。２）ワークパンツ／ペインターパンツもかなりほしいいものをみつけた。もういちど週末にでかける気分になったら買いにいこう。その他、原宿方面に行こうということで、最近できたばかりのeggs n' thingsに行こうと思ったのだが、猛烈な行列でとてもじゃないが独りで並ぶのはありえない状態だった。tallysの松田公太さんが輸入してきた店なので、そんなにおかしなことはないだろうと思っている。いまは春休みということもあり混雑しているのだろうか。できたばかりだし。ブームなのかな。パンケーキもさることながら１月にハワイにいったときに食べた、おむれつのよこについてるじゃがいもがおいしかったので、おなじようなものがたべられるならいきたいとおもった。やっぱ朝食たべにいくツアーで家族でいけ、ということなのだろうか。さいきんは運動をしっかりしているからかもしれないが、渋谷原宿渋谷とあるいてまわったが足はちっともつかれなかった。あるいはニューバランスのスニーカーがすばらしいのかもしれない。かえりがけに、なんとなくfloatによった１時間以上話し込んでかえってきたのだが、いいはなしをきけたお店にはいろんなひとがおとずれるとのこと。なかにはおもしろいひとがたくさんいるらしい。お店のコンセプトがしっかりとしていることもあり、わりとにたテイストのおきゃくさんがあつまるというようなことをいわれていた。すばらしい。おれもそういう、なんかいいくううきをまとうひとが集まるような店をつくって場を提供したいものである。で、いいとおもった肝心のはなしは、東大生のはなし。ほんとうにできそうなひとは、べんきょうばっかりやっていないらしいとのこと。たしかにみのまわりにいたとうだいのひともそうだった。高校時代を思い出してみてもいわゆるがりべんみたいなひとじゃなくて、東大にいくひとはちょっとちがうかんじのひともいたように思う。もちろんすさまじくべんきょうしているとおもったが、そもそもなんかちがうんだなあとおもいみょうになっとくした。よいとおもったはなしは。。。あるhとは、一週間に何時間勉強するかをきめているらしい。総量だけをきめておく。基本１日８時間ならば、週５６時間ときめておく。ただし、かならず毎日っx時間とか絶対に守ろうということはしない。たまには遊びすぎることもあればそれを許容して、別の日で取り戻すのである。ということだった。なるほど、とおもった。さいきん、べんきょうをしたいことがたくさんあるので、時間割を作ろうとおもっていたのだが、いまいち現実味のある時間割がつくれずにどうしたものかとおもっていた。仕事のざんぎょうもあれb、飲みにいく日もある。そもそも学校のようにはいかないのが社会人の時間配分。が、今日の話でみょうに司会がひらけた。毎週、いっしゅうかんあたりの勉強時間総量を英語、とか、生産計画、とか、プレゼン能力、とか、javaの勉強とか、いろいろわけといて、一週間のなかで、予実績をぶつけながら実行していけばよいのではないか。あともうひとつのはなし。東大にうかった子がやってた話。そのこは、受験当日の時間ん胃あたまがはたらうくように、かならずその試験がはじまる時間帯に勉強をしていたということだった。これも受験にかぎらず当てはまるはなしだとおもった。ルーチンというか、規則ただしいリズムというのは確実に存在すると思う。そのリズムにのっとってこうどうすることで最大の成果をあげることができるのかも、という理論はなっとくした。たとえばイチロー選手がねくすとばったーずさーくるにいるときからばったーぼくするに入るまでの動作はいつも一緒、とか、松井選手もほぼ同様、とか、すごい人は、あるルーチンをもっているらしい。そのルーチン（習慣とよみかえて良いのだと思う）を自分にきずきあげることで、受験というものに最大のパフォーマンスを発揮するべくこうどうした学生くんもまたあたまがよいひとなのだろうと想像した。自分はそのようなてんさいたちとはちがうぼんじんだが、だからこそよけいに、習慣とかルーチンをいしきして行動しようとおもった。うーん、やっぱりはやおきかなぁ。あさごはんつくるとか。麻さんぽするとか。一日のスタートをちゃんと切れるルーチンなり習慣んをかんがえてみようとおもった。今日はこんなきっかけをくれた話を聞かせてもらって本当によかった。ありがとうHさん。

• A steak house has changed

  I had a dinner @ butchers steak house tonight. It was very delicious dinner. It was more delicious than I expected. What I ordered was BOSTON hamburg which figures like stick. M size was 270 gram. The quantity was enough. Japanese DAIKON OROSHI source matched with meat. This shop was not a shop which they used to be. 昔の店とは違う They were France-tei that serves steak and hamburg. This shop was not a shop which they used to be. 昔の店とは違う They were France-tei that serves steak and hamburg. then i felt not so delicious. but now tastes good. So I asked a shop staff that this was France-tei and are there any differences between now and then? The shop staff said that staffs are same but every other things are different ,menus and meats. I was surprised at their progress with same employees. It is successful case in management. I am interested in the way how to generate incredible progress with same resources. ここまで書いて思ったけど…期待をこえていると人は感動するものだ

• ３／２６名古屋出張

  久々に出張にいった。名古屋は近い。昼過ぎに横浜をでて、打ち合わせを終えて帰ってきても８時すぎだった。構想のためのヒアリングをしてきた。生まれて初めて超上流工程のヒアリングというものをやった。（同行した。いくつか質問はしたが。。）今日のきづき・時間配分を考える・紙に書いていないことも考えて、質問する。・聞きたいことのフレームワークを持つ・業務知識が足りないのでものの本から身につける。・マクロ視点（コンサル：経営視点）とミクロ視点（SE：業務・システム視点）の使い分けが大事。　→両方できないと将来きびしくなる。と思った。・知っていることを有機的に結びつけて考える能力が欲しい。足りない。。。。・想像でものを言うときも、それなりのベースがないと浅い。・とにかく、自分はいろいろ、足りないのだから、十分に準備すること・十分に復習すること・理解したことを、テキストの議事録だけではなくて、絵で図解してみること。以上

• Think about 'greeting'

  Today I think about hot to do greetings in English.　　→do greeting? or greet ?Firstly "how are you?" or "how are you doing?".I am not sure about difference between these two.I think "how are you doing?" is more friendly usage.Let's think about replying "how are you?"!I learned the reply "I'm fine thank you ,and you?" in my junior high school .If my remember is right, I learned only this expression.When English lesson started, the English teacher said "how are you everybody?" to students.After that , everybody said " I'm fine thank you ,and you?".There was no other expressions...But Is it usual usage in English? I don't think so."How are you?" is the start of conversation.It is absolutely strange always same.In japan we say "Genki?" reply " un ma- ma- ... saikin xx nandayo- ""Genki?" is the opening of conversation.The reply would be the first topic of conversation.......So What expression I reply?GoodPretty goodNot so badNot goodTerrible!So so...Any other ? I think it is more important after these reply.e.g. Good ! because ...e.g. Terrible!! I caught new influenza!....

• I changed blog design little

  When I looked my blog on the web, I noticed that the width of my diary is very narrow.Firstly I didn't like the advertisement of left bound on the page .So I changed settings of my blog design.Wao by changing setting little , my blog looking better than before. I thought more about design, I kininarihajimeta in detail. きになればなるほど気になる...Especially I don't like English FONT.  tyotto kakko warui yo....I would like to change it! And ...recently( from this week kurai saikin) I learned about web designing technology... Rich faces , ajax etc...I want to build my own page! but a little mendokusai.kyou wa koko made.

• "Quick Silver" a useful software for Mac users...

  I found very useful application for operating Mac,called "Quick Silver" at this late date.*at this late date means : "ima sara nagara..ima ni natte... in Japanese" : means →.Many people have known about it but I knew recently.I saw an article talked about free softwares useful for working efficiency on the CNET Japan web site.That article introduced it which is a very useful tool for efficient working. ↑　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　was? *作業効率化ツール マウスを利用した操作に頼りがちなMacだが、このツールがあれば2～3のキーをタイプするだけでアプリケーションを起動、ファイルを開くなど一連の作業を処理できる。I searched about "quick silver" on the internet.Now I have known main features of it ...I understood that we don't have to use a "mouse" by using Quick Silver .You can invoke it pressing "ctrl+space (^space)".If we use this tool, we can invoke applications by typing a few keys. No need mouse.For instance, "Invoke Safari" without operating a mouse. STEPS are below...1) Invoke Quick Silver Press "^space"(ctrl + space) ,then Quick silver will be invoked.2) Type the word "safari" Then Safari will be invoked.I like it. Because by using it I don't have to use mouse or touch pad.I use a similar software called "Blue wind" on the windows machine (My PC on business).Quick Silver has many other useful functions.I have not known all functions yet. I would search more about how to use it later...kyou wa koko made.

• 2010.03.06 Monkeymajik GIG

  ----after Dave's review----It was the nice GIG.Thanks MONKEYMAJIK.I felt the power of Rock tonight.I haven't seen their live performance in more than 5 years.The last time I saw their performance was @their street live in their indies period.I found them by chance when I traveled to Sendai in 2001 or 2002.I believed in their success at their street live @ JOZENJI STREET JAZZ FESTIVAL.(Probably they performed at in front of office building.)When I saw them the first time, I was knocked out by their songs. →ライブをみるのは、watch じゃなくて、seeのほうがあっているらしい。watch には映画みたいに何時間もみる、みたいな意味をもっているらしい。 →the first time ...また、the だ。。。I was surprised that there was a nice band in the local indies scene. →また過去形にし忘れた。I remembered that memory at tonight's GIG. →× in the tonight's GIG ......◎at tonight's GIGSo I expected them to perform their old songs tonight.They played the song 'WAIT' tonight!   ----after Dave's review----Today's training Memo (Don't forget these points)NOTE:When punching,keep the upper body straight and use your leg muscles to generate power by twisting your lower body.　→上半身　upper body、下半身　lower body 。Keep the upper body in a central line. Do not move your head and body to side.When punching, don't break the balance.Keep the balance of the body in a central line especially when punching with a straight right.　→in a central lineからだの重心を真ん中に、っって意味で通じるっぽい。　→右ストレート　straight rightでいいみたい。I tend to move my head and body to the left side when I punch straight right.Always use a jab after you finish a combination.When you do shadow boxing,straight right should hit my right shoulder in the mirror.----before Dave's review----Today's training MEMO. • I think "conjunction" is important to write diary in English

  ----after Dave's review----Even when writing Japanese sentence,conjunctions are very important.Because it composes the structure of the whole sentence.I have little vocaburally,so I can only remember a few conjunctions when I write my diary.Little by little I cant get conjunctions into my brain.I will reach my objective(=goal).NOTES:Think defferent between countable thing and uncountable thing.e.g. conjunctions are countable ....> a few conjunctions 接続詞は数えられるので　a がつく。e.g. rice is uncountable....> little rice 米粒は数えられないので a はつかない。この場合 few rice じゃなくてlittle rice　になる、ということだった。----before Dave's review----Even writing Japanese sentence , conjunction is very important.Because it compose structure of the whole sentence.I have little vocabrally,so I don't remember only some junctions when I write diary.little by little I would get conjunctions into my brain.I would forward to my object.

• Junior colleague（kohai) motivated me

  ----after Dave's review----Today I was surprised by my junior colleague.I felt more shocked than surprised by this incident.When I chatted with him this evening,he said that he read a book that dealt with production management.　→疑問：本は生産管理を扱って「いる」なので過去形は変じゃない？　　　→Dave's answer ：read が過去なので、deal withも過去。時制は同じ分の中では同じになるのが普通らしい。　　よって、deal with を現在形にするならば、 he said that he is reading a book that deals with...。　→疑問：なぜhe read the book じゃなくて　a book ?? 　　→Dave's answer : There are lots of books deal with production management.ほかにもたくさんあるでしょってこと。That book is very expensive.   change life style asa gata My family all got up earlier than usual in this morning. my wife said she could start cooking dinner. we agree that we get up before7 am as possible. so i change my life style night sift into morning sift. it is hard for me to change life style that i used to be. anyway i try it. 待ち遠しいevent i go to monkeymajik gig next sat @zepp tokyo. i prepare gig. my ipod shuffle is fully their songs. now i try to memorize lyric. i investigated lyrics in internet. there are many site having japanese pop song lyrics. however i cannot copy and paste lyrics from web sites. there are restriction by technology.

• begin boxing

  writing my though in English is more difficult than I think.but it is essential for me to output something.Maybe there is many wrong sentense in my dialy. I expect weekend lesson with dave.He will correct my mistakes...I entered boxing gym last Sunday.I am very interested in boxing for many years.I began at last! from 34 years old.前から興味あったのだがついにはじめてしまった。３４歳にして。boxing was(is?) very tough sport than I think .(boxing はおもっていたよりもかなり疲れる)I thought that I could play boxing sokosoko(what word?).Because I have played boxercise for more five years.Teacher 手加減　me.maybe...I なめてた　boxing.今までボクササイズやってたののでそこそこいけると思っていたがせんせいが手加減しててくれたのがわかった。ぼくしんぐなめてました。→時制の使い方がわからん。It is harder than I thought.After 3 minutes glove beat(mitto uchi),my arm(around shoulder) couldnt lift up.Last Sunday lesson,trainer said me "you looks mou dame ,you had better stop today.(もう、やばそうだから、今日はここまでにしておこうって言われた。と書きたい）He said that too.（彼はさらにこういった）average student(ふつうだと）でも 3 round keep.do you go to work tomorrow?(are you going to work tomorrow , arent you?はどうなのか？)So 今日はもう、やめておいたほうがいい。When I told this to my colleague in lunch time,everyone was surprised.Maybe(tabun) boxing is hard & violence(nanka kowai) sports.every one asked me many questions about gym.Why do you choose boxing?Do you beat someone?Is gym stinky?(kusai?)Have you got globe? Do you put on head gear?Do you do(play) sparling?-----------------------なにはともあれI began to play boxing はじめたばかりだし、It's fun to play boxing なのでがんばる。that's all today.

  i couldnt get up this morning even if last night went to bed early from today i try to write daily in english iask my teacher correct sentence . maybe. my sentence have a lot of mistakes. when i give up?いつまで続く？ i dont know . i would try until possible. できるとこまでやってみよう i would do this がんばるぞって書きたいがわかれん。

• マイコプラズマ終息

  マイコプラズマというやっかいな菌に感染して数カ月もたった。やっとよくなってきたがまだ薬は2週間続く。 ここで無理しないで完全にいなくなってもらおう。 あと、マック用にiworkを買おうか考え中。一ヶ月無料とかあるか後でアッブルのサイトをのぞいてみる。
