ミシュランの星付きだと説明されている方がいますが、その情報は間違いです。 ミシュランを読んで確認していない方がアップしている情報です。 ミシュランには星付きのほかに、推奨レベルのもので「ビブグルマン」と呼ばれるカテゴリーがあります。 これは、good quality, good value cookingとミシュランでは示されています。 このビブグルマンに、写真のようなバーン・パッタイが紹介されています。 料理の見栄えはよく、お店の雰囲気も良いですが、肝心の味は、正直、ここよりもおいしいパッタイのお店はバンコク市内に多数あると思います。 Baan Padthai is a famous Phad Thai restaurant located a 5-minute walk from the Saphan Taksin BTS station, right next to Icon Siam. Some people have described it as Michelin starred, but that information is incorrect. This information is being uploaded by those who have not read and checked Michelin. Michelin has a category called “Bib Gourmand” which is a recommended level, different from the starred level. This is indicated by Michelin as good quality, good value cooking.
