レコーディングダイエット3日目

This is the third day of my recording diet. The things what I ate today. 3pm A bowl of salad (free food from my work place) (mushroom, romaine lettuce, icebarg lettuce, spinach, avocado, cucumber, chick bean, red kidney bean, green pepper, paprika, red cabbage, carrot, cherry tomato, shreded cheddar cheese, tofu with sweet chili sauce, miso dressing, balsamic vinegar) 7:30pm Curry pilaff with yam noodles Boiled bean sprouts seasoned with Korean sauce Boiled bean sprouts with kimch 2L of water Expected total calorie is around 1400~1500kcal as far as I guess.
