I went to elementary school for clay creation
with children today. Kids now a day, they don't have a much of chances to become dirt all over oneself. This session planning to teach children to creating something fancy out of pure earth element. Pottery can be good but there are so many kids, so we make a plate or sign board. Kids struggle with clay, make their hands all dirty and make what ever they designed. It's takes 6 weeks to receive their own creation. We dry and put in to oven. I'm looking forward to see mine. It's really nice to get muddy once in a while. -------------------------------------------------- 今日は小学校で、クレイアート教室があった。 自分も手伝いに行って、子供たちと粘土を使って、飾りプレート を作ってきました。 子供たちは色々前もってデザインしていたようで、絵を描いたり ワクワクしてきたようでした。 そもそも最近の子供たちは全身泥だらけになるような遊びを することは少ないし、アスファルトだらけの街中では泥に 振れることも少ないから、焼き物に使う本物の粘土での工作は いい経験だと思いました。 粘土をもらって、それを丸いプレートにして、好きな形に 切り抜いて、部屋の入り口や玄関や色々な所に飾るプレートに 焼いて行きます。 完成までは乾燥と、窯焼きの期間も入れて約6週間。 手元に来るのが楽しみです。 お気に入りの記事を「いいね！」で応援しよう
