唐花見湿原のトンボ　Odonata in Karakemi Marsh

日本最小のトンボ、ハッチョウトンボの雄です。２センチもありません。This is the smallest dragonfly in the world, scarlet dwarf or Nannophya pygmaea, male. It is less than 2 cm in length. なんと鮮やかな赤！ですね。眼まで真っ赤です。What a vivid red!
