English作成途中です。 簡単な綴りさえ書けなくなり どう表現したらいいのかわからない。 困ったぞ で、短い文章なら 何とかなるかー って 忘れないために もともと使う機会がなかったから もう記憶の外に行っちゃってる英語を 少しずつ使って ブログを書いています。 以前書いたものを抜き出して整理予定。 まずは抜き出し中です。 2012_04_20 She just needs a bit of TLC. 彼女にはちょっといたわってあげる人が必要なのよ。 Timing is everything. すべてはタイミング。 2012_04_13 自信ないんだけど あってるかなあこれ。 I often cook vegetables marinated in yogurt called 'yogurutozuke'. They are mixed with salt and are produced by fermenting at room temperature spending two weeks. The act of pickling a food in salted rice malt is very good and the food becomes delicious ,is with lower ratio of salt. 塩麹も使います。 塩を混ぜ 常温で２週間かけて発酵させます。 塩麹に漬けると とても良くって 美味しくなるし 塩分も減ります。 2012_04_07 Hi there!
