今のところ続いております、朝食抜きとウォーキング。
そんでもってすんごい快調です。 何がいいってとにかく、うんこが立派。 でかい、長い、すばらしいー！ こんなに食べたっけ、というぐらい出るわ出るわ。 出した後は下腹ぺたんこ。 あとね、しっかりお腹が空いてから食べると 食事ってこんなに幸せなことなんだなーと実感中。 ほんとに何もかも美味しくてたまらない。 あー、なんかこの方法、すごく私に合ってるみたい。 以上ものすごい短いレポートでした。 お気に入りの記事を「いいね！」で応援しよう

で、もっと美味しくする技があるよ。昔タバコすってた頃に風邪をひくとタバコがマズいので止めるでしょ。するとなぜか食べ物の味がワンランくアップしたんだよね。経験あるだろうけど。 たぶん舌とかの神経がニュートラルに戻ったからとか思ったんだけど。 (2008.11.21 15:41:03)

午前中は排泄の時間っていいますもんね。
朝食が重視だったのは粗食だった戦前の話なんでしょうね。 過食にも効果あるかな… 私も禁煙しても味覚は変わらなかったですね。 それよりもアレっ子授乳中の糖抜き除去食では味覚アップ！確実にされました。。 (2008.11.21 16:08:25)

ああ！私も砂糖抜いてかなり味覚変わりました。 野菜の甘味が濃い濃い！ タバコでは変わらない人もいるんですね～。 私はいかんせん禁煙自体したことないからなー。 粗食だと３回食べないともたないのかな？ 私は好きなもん食べてるので、２食が本当にちょうどいい感じです。 今まで本当、取り込んだ分を消費できなくて具合悪くしてた感じ。 (2008.11.22 18:19:49)
