昨日の夜当直で本日は日中勤務して夜の会議を終えて今帰ってきたところである。その会議で事務長が働き方改革で昨年から医師当直の翌日は午後から休んでもよいように配慮しているとの話があった。私の場合は月１回で土曜日が多く翌日は日曜日なので午後は休んでもよいという権利は使ったことがなかった。たまに日曜日に当直することもあるが翌日の月曜日は夕方会議があるので午後帰ることをしなかった。今回も翌日も普通に勤めて帰ってきたが事務長の言葉を聞いて午後帰っていいと言っているのに全日勤めるのは働き方改革に背くことだと思った。次からは半日で帰らせてもらおうと思う。 Last night I was on the duty and today I worked all daytime and just finished the night meeting and I came home now.
