And it was 18 year-old American amateur Joh, playing on an invite, who upstaged Japan's 19 year-old rising star Miyazato with a spectacular course record equalling 63 set-up by a final hole albatross. Miyazato (63-68) though will take a commanding four shot lead into the weekend at 13 under par and still looks the player everyone has to catch. "There was much wind, the ball was difficult to control," said Miyazato who flew her approach shot through the third green for her first and only bogey in 36 holes.
