ラオスのソーセージ作り

ソーセージの天日干し（2008年11月14日、サワンナケート） 　今は、2008年11月14日。 　サワナケート県の県庁近くに来ています。 　県庁は、町中から少し離れた所にあります。 　県庁の近くの食堂の庭でソーセージを干しています。 　太陽の光をいっぱいに浴び、粗挽きのおいしそうなソーセージです。 　ソーセージはいろいろな所で食べる機会があります。 　お粥や炒めものの中にソーセージを輪切りにしたものが入っていることがあります。 　もちろんソーセージをそのまま焼いたり炒めたりして食べることもあります。 　ラオスの北にあるルアンパバンのソーセージは、その美味しさに驚かされることがあります。 　ラオスのソーセージはほとんどが粗挽きで、中にハーブや香辛料が入っていることが多いように感じます。 　ちょっと酸っぱいソーセージなどもあり、いろいろな味が楽しめるラオスのソーセージです。 【Bon appétit !】 　免疫反応がてんかんに関与 　Researchers have found that a reaction between immune system cells and blood vessels in the brain could play a key role in epilepsy（てんかん）. 　Epilepsy, a seizure（発作）disorder, affects about 1% of the world’s general population, and while current drug treatments can control seizures in most people, they can also cause severe side effects. 　This study found that, in mice, seizures stimulate the release of a chemical that causes infection-fighting white blood cells（白血球）to stick to blood vessels. 　Molecules（分子）released by the immune cells then cause damaging inflammation（炎症）and contribute to future seizures. 　Drugs that target this process may one day help treat epilepsy. ★3000セット突破記念！特別限定セット★どう考えても安すぎる～（＠＠）【早割・早いもの勝ち...
