新型ホームドアの供用開始 at 蕨駅

ホームドア調整中↑（2020年2月1日、蕨駅、京浜東北線） ホームドア調整中↑（2020年2月1日、蕨駅、京浜東北線） 　蕨駅のホームドアの整備が完了し、2020年2月29日から供用を開始しました。　このホームドアは、「スマートホームドア®」という名称で、ＪＲ東日本メカトロニクス（株）が開発したということです。　ドア部を簡素化しフレーム構造にしたことにより本体機器費用が抑えられ、また、軽量化したことによりホームの強化工事を含め設置工事費用が抑えられるそうです。New type of platform doors started to be in service on the platform of Warabi railway station on February 29, 2020. 【Bon appétit !】 　A working group comprising the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) and railway operators decided in December 2016 that platform doors should be installed at all train stations that have at least 100,000 passengers per day by fiscal 2020 following the deaths of those with visual impairments.
