長閑な農村の朝（写真で綴るラオスその９）

農村の朝↑（2006年11月24日、サワナケート、ラオス）　朝、農村を歩いていると、向こうから、子供のお坊さんが自転車に乗ってやってきます。道の脇には、馬が草を食んでいます。学校へ向かう子供たちの姿もあります。 　長閑な、朝の光景に癒されます。（続く）​【Bon appétit !】​ 　Most of the residents do not know that there are laws that protect their rights for these lands. Also, they are unable to do anything when their lands are seized with unjustly low amounts of compensation because they do not know how to prove that they have been using their land or evaluate its value by showing biodiversity. The same issue occurs when dams or mines are built.
