四ヶ月の使用で三貫も肥る!↑ 手元にある冊子の裏表紙に、太ることをキャッチフレーズにしている広告がありました。痩せるための広告は見慣れていますが、太るための広告があってもいいなぁと思いました。昭和22年頃の広告ですので、「四ヶ月の使用で三貫も肥る!」というキャッチフレーズは、当時の消費者の購買意欲を刺激したことでしょう。 The slogan of this old advertisement is “You can get 12 kg only in 4 months.”You may not have a chance to see this kind of catch line nowadays when lots of adults are above a healthy weight and not a few children leaving primary school are already overweight or living with obesity. 【Bon appétit !】 In the tackling obesity strategy, launched by the Prime Minister, government made clear that helping people to achieve and maintain a healthy weight is one of the most important things we can do to improve our nation's health.
