Parents Warned Over Teen Parties

Parents who allow their children to host post-exam parties 

are being encouraged to provide supervision. 



Police say teenage parties always increase at this time of the year and, 

unfortunately, so does the amount of disorder. 



Napier's Detective Sergeant Nick Reid says there are even groups 

who travel around looking for gatherings to gatecrash and cause trouble at. 



He says potential trouble can be reduced with a list of who should be at 

the party and who should not, and parental supervision.
