木曜日(12日)は、OW課長・KZ係長と「魚や」で晩酌。 Last Thursday I had a drink with Mgr.OW and Assistant Mgr.KZ at Sakana-ya in Hamamatsu-cho. アジのお造り。ものすごい肉厚でした。 This is a sashimi of horse mackerel. It's so thickly. キスとアスパラの天婦羅。アスパラの香りが瑞々しいのです。 This is a tempura of sillaginoid and asparagus. Asparagus is so fresh to have a summerlike flavor. ※:Tempura is a fritter-like dish of fish, shellfish and vegetables dipped in a flour-and-water batter and deep-fried in vegetable oil. 立派な岩牡蠣でしょ? ものすごい濃厚でした。 This is raw oysters. It has so rich taste. そして今回のサプライズが、この焼くさや。OW課長のソウル・フードだそうです。 人生二度目の挑戦でしたが・・・ This is a Grilled Kusaya. Mgr.OW says Kusaya brings back memories from when he was a kid. I had a Kusaya for the second time in my life. I can't give any comment about them... Can you try them? ※:Kusaya ( meaning "smells bad" ) is a Japanese style salted-dried fish and fermented fish.
