  最悪カワハギ

  今まで行った釣りでこんなに釣れない釣りがあったか？　記憶に無いわ・・・　正味、引きがほぼ無い。これだよ釣果は・・・中くらいのカワハギ１匹。　激小の真鯛２匹。　激小のキダイ１匹。　以上。　船には客が４人だけ・・・船で釣れたカワハギがこの１匹だけ。。さっぱりダメだった。　他の人もこのサイズの鯛。　どうにもならない小さいフグ。　船の上はまぁ、暇。。眠気も出て本当に辛かった。　船代、エサ、交通費、人間様のメシ・・・遊び、楽しみとは言え高くつく釣りだよ・・・　　昨日出港の時はイケル気がしてた。　波も無いしイイ感じ。　陽が上がってからも穏やかで温かい・・・環境的にはものすごくよかったのに。。いただいた命。　小鯛、カワハギは煮て食べたよ。。弾力・・・おいしい。この小さいカワハギでも肝が肥大してて、キモ醤油を作って嫁にスーパーで買って来たもらった鯛の刺身を頂いた・・・おいしいねぇ～。

  も1回挑戦

  この前釣れるには釣れたカワハギ。　さて今回は・・・？寒いけれど、寒さあんまり感じないわ〜今回は出港が7時半・・遅いのよ。　出港が遅いってことは帰りが遅いのよ、和歌山ポルトヨーロッパの横に１時すぎ。　家には夕方。さぁどうなるかな

• 太くて長くて硬いの何故 　thick and long and hard, why?

  きたない話でごめんよ・・・最近、しばらくウンコが太くて長くて硬いの。　何で？　これまでだいたいが軟便。　それがここしばらくこんな感じ。　トイレの時間もすごく短かったのに、最近は時間がかかるんだ。　ケツの穴も痛いし。　体質変わったのか？　昔、早飯、早クソ芸の内って言うけれど・・・昔は牛乳飲んだら即トイレだったのに・・・何でやろか？　I'm sorry to say dirty story. ・・・Recently, my poop is thick and long and hard.  Why?  I've had been soft poop. 　But now it's like this.   I didn’t need long time to go to toilet before, but I need long time nowadays.  And, I feel hurt on my ass hole.   Has my body condition changed?   It was said that quick eating and quick toilet are called one of the special skills, though. ・・・Long time ago, if I took some milk, I needed to go toilet soon. ・・・Why？

  はら減らん　　I never get empty my stomach.

  水曜日。　嫁も休みだったもんで、ジムはお休み。　昼メシ行ってきた。　隣町の有名うどん屋さん。ココのイチ押しは鶏天入りカレーうどん。　これはおいしいけれど、食べたらアカンってのは知ってる。　でも食べた。　アカン理由は腹が減らんこと・・・ハイカロリーな事・・・熱すぎて口の天井がヤケドすること・・・　今回、全部思った通りになった・・・　でも美味しいのよ。。　店は客でいっぱいWednesday.  As my wife was rest, too, so I didn't go to Gym. I went to take a lunch.  The udon-restaurant where is next to my town and very famous. The best seller of this restaurant is curry-udon with tempura of chicken. 　I know this is delicious but we shouldn’t eat it.  But I ate it.  The reason why we shouldn’t eat it are these. Because if I eat it, I won't be hungry for a while, it has High calorie and the selling of my mouth will be suffered burns.    　This time, They became true for me.  ・・・But it was delicious.  The restaurant was full with customers.

• 焚火の燻製 Sooty smell of bonfire

  この前行った餅つき。　その時来てた上着、途中で暑くなったんで脱いで置いておいたの。　アルコールも入って、体も動かし暑かった。　そのまま手に持って家に帰ってきてハンガーにかけて置いてた。　帰って来てすぐは体中からあの匂い。　全部洗濯して無くなったと思ってた。　けど、どこからとも判らんけれど、焚火の匂い。。。その服から何とも言えない焚火の匂い・・・あの煤けた匂いというか、エゲツナイ匂いだよね。　上着に潜んでたとは・・・しかし、干してもなかなかあの匂いは消えないね。。。何なんだあの匂いは？　The other day I went to pounding rice cake event.   The jacket I wore at that time, I took it off during this event because I was hot and I drunk an alcohol and I did pound them.   I didn't wear it again there. I came back home with it on my hand. And I hung it at home. 　Just after I came home, I felt that smell from all of my body.   I thought that I washed out all of my clothes, so I thought they disappeared.   But I felt some smell of a bonfire that I don't know it where come from.  but it came from my jacket.  ・・・So to speak, the sooty smell. That's disgusting smell. 　Unfortunately, it left on my jacket. ・・・If I hang it, that smell hard to disappear.  What's that strange small?  .

• 連休終わったが・・・

  ３連休、結局のんびりした。　昨日は大阪へ出ていく予定をしてたんだけれど、外は寒いし、何かダラダラ・・・午前、ＴＶ見ながら寝た。　午後、ＴＶ見ながら寝た。　結局一日中ソファの上で目を開けたりつむったり・・・　夜は酒も飲んだけれど、睡眠薬を飲んで、寝た。　いまから思えば何かもったいない気がするけれど、寝れるという事はそれだけ睡眠を欲してたのか？釣り、餅つき、外出、期待してた３連休。　結局餅つきしか無かった。まぁ、こんな連休もアリか？　と自分を納得させるしかないな。　不発連休。。　Three days holiday, I was relaxed.  I planed to go to Osaka but I stayed at home and relaxed. Because it was cold outside.  I don't know the reason why I just only spent time. ・・・Morning, I slept with watchingTV. 　afternoon, I slept with watching TV. 　In the end I was on the sofa all days yesterday so I opened and closed my eyes. ・・・　As I drank alcohol in night, but I slept tight with taking pill for sleep. 　Thinking about yesterday, it's so weist it.  ・・・・・

  地元の餅つき A local pounding rice cake event

  これが毎年楽しみなのよ・・・。地元の餅つきイベント。　去年はうかつにもこの餅つきの事を失念してしまい、スノーボードのスケジュールを入れてしまったんだ。　今年はこの失敗をしないようにしっかり調整、昨日は天気も良く言うこと無し。　しかし、寒いし風が強くて・・・全部で８臼。　ちょっと前までは私が若い部？だった気がするけれど今回は老人の部。　ペッタンつきもしたけれど、ほとんど餅つきの介添え役。　横から「ハイ」「ヨイショッ」って声掛けるやつね・・・楽しいわぁ・・・ビールに日本酒飲みながら、出来た餅を食って・・・餅はとってもコシがあっておいしいの・・・いい年はじめだわ。。。ちょっと腰が痛かったな。。I'm looking forward to this event each year. ・・・。 This is a local pounding rice cake event. I forgot this event last year, so I made a schedule about snowboarding. 　I made a schedule carefully not to do the same mistake this year. It was good day because it was fine, but we had heavy wind. ・・・We made it eight times of all.   I was a young age group just before, but this time I was a senior group.  I did pound rice cake, but I helped the man who is pounding rice cake.  I helped  a pounding man at side of him with I call "Hi" or "Good". ・・・I enjoyed it. ・・・I ate a fresh rice cake with drinking beer and Japanese sake. ・・・The rice cake was delicious with good sticky. ・・・This was good beginning of New Year. 。。。I just felt little bit backache.

• ジム再開

  風呂に入って体を見るとやっぱり筋肉が取れてるってか減ってる気がする。　太ももとか、明らか細くなってる・・・体も疲れやすいし、歩くのも階段を上るのも、何か非力を感じてた。　今まで長く続くて来たジムだけれど、これをやめてもうすぐ２年。　その結果がこれなんだ・・・つくづく感じるな。　ジムの再開はずっと思っていたけれど、なかなか踏ん切りがつかず、モヤモヤしてた。　ジムあるあるで、正月や春に入会金タダとかキャンペーンやるんで待ってたら、ちょうど職場からバイクで５分のところのジムでキャンペーンやってる。　入会金、会費が数か月割引・・・イイ感じ。　ちょっと前、前に行ってたジムのイントラに隣町で再開したのも背中を押してくれた感じ。　思い切って入会することにした。　ジムも会費が高いしねぇ～。　年金に火を灯して生きてる者には高額。　フルの会員ではなく午後からだけ使える午後会員。　フルの会員の半分に近い。　このジム、唯一気に入らないのが風呂が無い事。　シャワーだけだって・・・仕方ないか。。　　全体に手狭な施設。　子供のプールに力を入れてるみたい・・・　昼に見学に行くと人もまばら、閑散としてイイ感じ。。。もうスタジオに入ろうにも午後会員様の時間帯には一つもプログラムは無いし、今の時代たとえフル会員で夜の時間帯であっても有酸素系のプログラムは本当に少なくなった・・・てかほぼ無いし・・・。コロナの影響モロ受けだよ。　イントラも生きていけないな・・・　さぁ、来週から行こうか。　仕事終わって家に帰って夕食まで、４時にはソファで寝転んでたけれど、この寝てた時間をジムに・・・４時前から５時半頃まで。。。　平日週３，４で行くか。。。　ジム再開・・・

• 天気予報は罪作り・・・ The weather forecast make us a hool

  正月明けでしっかり月曜から金曜まで働いた。　長かったなぁ～。　同じ感想言ってる人もきっと多いだろうね。　で、３連休ありがたいわ。この３連休の１日目は釣りに行く予定だったけれど、風で中止決定済。。。３連休前の今日の天気予報、「寒い。雪だ」しか言わんよ。　ほんまか？　冬は寒いのは当たり前、雪が降るのも当然。　ドライバーはもちろん、みんなが自分でしっかりどうするのか判断するべきで、天気予報のおっさんにとやかく言われること無いよ。　何で、あんなおせっかいなほどワイワイ言うのかなぁ・・・みんな自分で判断できない人になるよ。。I've worked firmly during this week after New Year from Monday to Friday.  It seems so long.  I guess there are a lot of people who think same thing.  And it's thankful these three holidays in row. I planned to go fishing on the first day of these three holidays, but it was cancelled already cause of strong wind. 。。。The weather forecast before these three holidays in row, they only say "It'll cold. It’ll snow". Really?  It's normal that winter is supposed to be cold, and we'll be supposed to have snow in winter.   Of course, the driver and everybody consider them and decide how they should be behave.    We don't need bothering many advice from a teller of weather forecast.  　Why do the guy say such a meddlesome. ・・・Everybody will be the man who cannot decide everything at all, won't they?

• 夜の回転寿司 Conveyor belt Sushi for dinner.

  昨日は嫁の実家に正月の挨拶に行ってきた。　義理の母は85、何故か回転寿司が大好き。　「どこでも行くよ・・・」「何でもイイよ・・・」とは言ってるものの、心中は回転寿司。行く店によっては私は一杯飲む予定だったけれど、回転寿司では飲めないよ・・・　夜に回転寿司食べながらビール。。。逆に寂しいわ。　決して嫌いではない回転寿司。　でも、夜に食べて判った。　イメージ的に回転寿司は完全に昼食だな・・・　　I went to my wife's parent's home to say New Year greetings yesterday.  My mother in low is 85years old. I don't know the reason why she likes Conveyor belt Sushi. She say, "I'm anywhere  OK.", "I'll eat everything. ", but she already decided to go to Conveyor belt Sushi restaurant in her mind. If we went to good restaurant where I like, I wanted to drink alcohol. But I can't drink it because it is  Conveyor belt Sushi restaurant. 　To drink alcohol with Conveyor belt Sushi. 。。。No way it's pity. 　I never dislike Conveyor belt Sushi. But when I took it as a dinner, I could notice the fact.  The fact about Conveyor belt Sushi, it's not for dinner but for lunch definitely. ・・・

• 正月どうだった？　How was your New Year holiday?

  昨日私の英語の先生と新年初めて会った。　彼は昨日から出勤。　正月はどうだった？って聞かれて、体重が増えたって答えたら、彼もだって・・・あるあるだよね。　　私も彼も３Kg増。　クリスマス、正月、誕生パーティ・・・飲んで食ってだってさ。　誰でも体重増えるな・・・私は誕生パーティは無いけれど新年会。みんなどれくらいでいつもの体重に戻るんだろうか？　1か月は掛るよ・・・結局、毎年の事だけれど、金使って体重増えたってのが正月の結果だな。　I met my English teacher yesterday that it was the first time this year.   He started to work from yesterday.   I was asked that "How was your new year?", so I replyed that I gained my weight. He was same as me, too. ・・・This is an ordinaly thing in New year holiday.   He and I gained  weight about 3Kg.  　He had Christmas, New Year and birthday party of his friend. ・・・He seemed that he kept drinking and eating. 　Everyone gain their weight. ・・・I didn't have a birthday party but New year party.  When does everyone regain their weight?   I guess it needs one month. ・・・After all, these are the same things in every year.  We spend money and gaied weight. This is the results of the New Year holiday.

• 電車、寒いやん

  昨日は一杯飲みで隣町に出掛けた。　途中で電車を乗り換えたら、ものすごい混んでるの。　通勤帰りの時間帯だね・・・扉が閉まるギリギリで乗り込んだら、まだ後から若者が2人乗って来た。　「お前ら、ここに乗るのか？？」って思ったけれど、どうしようもない、ギュウギュウだよ。　ドアが閉まると、兄ちゃんの背負ってるバックパックがドアに挟まった・・・私は「こんな一杯な所に来るからやん」なんて思ってた。。しかし、ドアが再び開くことも無く出発進行。。私は、「次の駅で反対側のドアが開いたらおもろいな、どうするんや・・・？」何て思ってた。おかげでドアは完全に閉まらず4㎜か5㎜程開いてる。。　「こりゃ、見物だよ・・」、「反対側のドアが開いたらカバンを引き抜くのかなぁ・・・」なんて思いながら出発。いい調子で電車のスピードが上がると、そこから風がピューピュー入って来て、むっちゃ寒いよ。結局、着いた駅でドアは同じ側が開いて問題なし。　後から考えれば、もうちょっと兄ちゃんに場所を譲ってやったら彼のカバンは挟まれず、ドアはしっかり閉まってこっちも寒くなかったかも・・・これがブーメランって言うやつか・・・って思ったよ。　反省とまではいかないけれど、おもろいもんだよな。

• 正月の海外もイイかも New Year trip for abroad may be good

  友達からおめでとうメール。　見るとフィリピンに来てるって・・・かなり楽しくやってる感じ。　なるほど、年末年始の中心を前後にちょっと外した日程にして海外旅行もイイかもな。　送られてきた写真はとっても楽しそう。ガッツリ正月休みに当てはめると値段も高いだろうし・・・アジアリゾートとか季節は暖かいし、検討の余地十分にありだな。　I got an E-mail from my friend about New Year celebrations.  He was at Philippine.  ・・・He quite enjoyed there. 　I see; it seems good that if I put schedule around of new year day but set it little bit forward or behind. The photo that I received looks very fun.If I went abroad just in the middle of new year day, the price of trip would be expensive. ・・・Asian area trip is good because it'll be warm.  There is a room to consider about this trip.

• ♪年末ジャンボ１万円～　　♪Year end Jumbo loterie ten thousand yen

  いつ確認しようかと思っていたんだけれどTVを観ていて年末ジャンボの話をしてたんで確認した。。10枚。　何と！　当たってる。　300円と１万円。　やったね久しぶり・・・。　昔に当たった10万円以来の大口。　こいつはなかなかイイもんだ・・・嬉しい。　たった1万円だけれど嬉しさ満点。　贅沢は出来ないけれど何か食べに行くかな～。　I thought when do I check it though, I watched TV program about Year end Jumbo lottery. So I checked this results . 。。They were only ten sheets.  What! I got it! it was three hundred yen and ten thousand yen each.  Good, it's been a while. ・・・ This is the big prize that the first time since I got one hundred thousand yen long before. 　This is pretty good. ・・・I'm happy.   This prize is only ten thousand yen though, I'm very happy.  I guess I go to somewhere to eat.

• 誕生日おめでとう

  この年末年始の間、子供がどんどん帰って来て、嫁は大変。でもそれも終わりかぁ・・・・この休み中に子供の誕生日があって、正月に合わせておめでとうさん。　何とすごい歳になってるやん。　すっかり中年。　そりゃ、こっちも老いるわなぁ・・・　誕生日おめでとうという気持ちより、ありがとうって気持ちになるよな。　ありがとう。

• 寝た正月

  昨日は子供はどこかに遊びに行ったし、嫁は仕事。　私もどこかへ行こうかと思ったけれど、既に朝から腹はいっぱい、動く気にならんわ。。。ずっと「どこかに行くかなぁ～」って思いながらTV、u-tube、abemaTV、昼寝・・・ TVの中をウロウロして時間が経って１日終わっちゃった。　そんな休みもイイよねと自分を納得させて。。ダルダルの日々・・・

• もう食えん・・・

  元旦・・・腹いっぱいよ。　2日の朝になっても腹は減ってない。　正味、食いすぎ・・・朝、餅とか飯とか色々・・・昼、ラーメン屋で唐揚げ、飯・・・夜、天ぷら、ビール等々ゴチャゴチャ・・・その間にもなんやかんやと食べた。　昼に行った初詣ではみたらし団子にフランクフルト・・・体重も順調に増えて、はや3キロ増。。　イカンねぇ～。　休みもあと3日。　もうちょっと怠惰な生活を送るかなぁ・・・

• 新年おめでとう2026　Happy new year 2026

  あけましておめでとうございます。　皆様にいい事が有りますように・・・今年はこれまで以上に、「すぐに」「もっと」「積極的に」を前面にやっていくことにする。出来るだけ先延ばしは考えない、目先の事を。　すぐに。　もっともっと。　そして積極的に・・・　今年もよろしく頼みます・・・Happy new year.  I hope everyone has a lot of good things. ・・・I will do everything on this year with "soon", "more", "actively" more than before so far. I won't put everything off that I faced it as possible as I can with quickly, more and more and actively. ・・・　Thank you for your continued support this year for me.

• 驚かさないでくれ Don't surprise me

  早いよなぁ・・・9日の休み、今日はもう5日目大晦日だよ。　半分来たよ。。しかし、飲んで食ってで体重が激増え。。そして夕方ソファでゴロリとウトウトしてた。　すると、急に「ドン」と音がして嫁が床に転がってる。　一瞬、驚き、「心臓発作か？」「そんな日がついに来たのか？」とか、色々頭を駆け巡って1,2秒嫁を見てた・・・動かない。　飛び起きて声を掛けた。。。ボンヤリした返事・・・「あかんなぁ、これは」・・・「救急車か」って思ったよ。。しばらくして、ムックリ起き上がった・・・良かった。　本人が言うには背もたれの無い長椅子にもたれかかって、背もたれが無いからそのまま長椅子からずり落ちたって・・・普通、そんなことが起こったら、「おぉ」とか「あっ」とか声が出るはずだけれど、何もない。　本人は寝てないと強く言うけれど、私は完全に寝てたと見てる。　寝てて、長椅子からずり落ちた。これが真相だよ。まぁ、いい訳はそれでいい。　何でもいいけれど、長椅子で昼寝していて転げ落ちたって事で良かったわ。正直、びっくりした・・・　しかし、そんな心配、危険予知ももボチボチ心づもりしないといけないと思ったよ・・・　無事で何より。It's so fast. ・・・9 days holiday. Today is already the 5th day of these.  It's turn point. But I have kept drinking and eating, so my weight has gained. 。。And yesterday evening, I laid myself and took a nap on the sofa.  So I heard "Don!" that was big sound, and I saw my wife lay down on the floor. 　At the moment I was surprised, and I thought that” for one or two seconds. ・・・She never move.  I got up quickly and called her name. 。。。She gave me  a vague reply. ・・・"It's bad." ・・・"I need to call an ambulance." I thought. 。。Just after it  she lift her body up. ・・・Good!  She said to me that when she leaned the chair that hasn't seat back, so she slip downed from the chair because it hasn't seat back. ・・・Normally, when it happed like this, I guess that she must be say "Owoo" or "Ups", but she said nothing at all.   She insisted that she didn’t asleep, but I think she was asleep definitely. This is the true thing that she was asleep on the char, and she slipped down from the chair. Well, I don't care it.  It's a good excuse. It was good that she slipped down from the chair. Honestly, I was surprised by it. ・・・　But, I need to care such a worry, and I need to start preparing about this accidental case.  ・・・We don't need anythings without safe and health.

• ジム行きたいけれど、高いなぁ・・・

  最近の体力の低下具合。　これからの事を考えるとやっぱりジムを再開させた方がいいと思ってた気持ちがますます大きくなってきた。　そんな時にイントラとの再会。　ジムは歳を取ってから必要と言われてたし、今回老後はプールがイイとかって言われてから更に心が動いたよ・・・で、30年以上やってたジムをやめて２年。　やっぱりまた行くか・・・と思い出した。　会ったイントラのいる昔のジムは・・・何と月２万円超え・・・びっくりした。　昔は１万円のずっと下、ちょろっと値上げして１万円までだったと思うけど。。。月2万超、無理無理、高級すぎ、芸能人級か？　今の時代、プールにジム、スタジオに風呂、サウナとか揃った所ってもはや無理な感じ。　それに自分で考えなくて進めてくれる有酸素系のスタジオプログラムは昔と違い、極々少しだけ。そりゃ、会費が高くて会員は減るし、特に若年層や子育て世代の参加が多かった有酸素系のクラスは絶滅危惧種。。　　　　でも、前向きに考えよないと・・・でも、つぶれたコンビニの後に出来たマシンジムは気が乗らない。　費用対効果のいい所ないかなぁ。。。

• 目の前で事故、110番

  昨日は夕方から子供と孫が皆そろって家族忘年会。　14人やかまし過ぎる。ワイワイ飲む者は飲む、食べる者は食べる。　楽しかったよ。。。その帰り・・・ブラブラ歩いてたら道路に出たＴ字路でバイクと軽自動車が接触、多いな音を立ててバイクがひっくり返ってる。　どちらが悪いかは知らんけれど、事故は左折をしようとしてた軽自動車がバイクを巻き込んだ形。　バイクはピザの配達。　軽自動車はどうだろ？40前のしっかりした女性。　110番してあげたよ・・・ピザの配達は17歳だって・・・私はそこでその場を離れたけれど、救急車が来てた。。　けがは軽いといいけれど。。。　酔いながらも、事故見て、自分がこの前こけた時ってあんなのだったのかなぁ？　とか、　バイクが使えなくなって人が減って、事故対応にも人が要る・・・その時間からのピザの配達ってどうなるのか？？　原付17歳運転で夜のピザ配達ってどうなんだろうか？？　運転経験というか危険予知にそもそも問題があるんだろうと思う・・・　警察、消防のご苦労さんはもちろんだけれど、軽の運転の女性、ピザ屋の兄ちゃんもいい正月、いい年を迎えてもらいたいなと、ひしひし思った年の瀬だな・・・

• ジムのイントラ久しぶり Hi!, long time no see sports gym instructor

  昔、本当に長らく行ってたジムのイントラとばったり出くわした。　あのジムをやめてもうじき５年。　仲良くしてもらってたの。。。　私は名前はしっかり覚えてたし、向こうもしっかり覚えていてくれていたよ。　・・・と言うのは、同じ学校ではないけれど同学年。　気軽に喋ってたの。。。今もジムのイントラにアルバイトで行ってるんだって・・・元気そうで何よりだよ。　昔、若い時、ジムで「ジムって若い時には要らんで。　年取ってからは必要・・・」って言われたことをよく覚えてる。　その事を言うと、もう1つ加えておくって・・・「年取ってからはプールやで」って。からだしっかり維持しないとな。　彼女と会っただけでやる気が出てきたよ・・・不思議。　I bumped into a lady  who was an instructor of sports gym where I used to go there for long time long time ago. It has past about five years since I quit there.    We enjoyed there each other at that time.  。。　I remembered her name clearly, and she remembered my name, too. 　   ・・・I say so , We didn't go same school but we are same grade.  We talked each other at ease. 。。。 It seems that she is  part time working as an instructor at sports gym now.  It was good that she looks fine.    Long time ago, when we were young, she said to me "Durling we are young we don't need a sports gym, but when we got old, we'll need a sports gym."  I remembered this clearly.    As I said this story to her, She said that she wants to add more one thing "Now we are getting old, we need a pool exercise."   I think I need to maintain my body condition.   Just only I met her, I got something vigor. ・・・It's mystery.

• 人生で一番いい時期なのか？

  自分におつかれさん・・・　昨日で仕事が終わったよ。　　今回の休みは9日間・・・イイねぇ。　遠くにも行かないし、コレといった予定も無し。　子供と孫が順番に帰ってくるだけ・・・毎度のことだけれど、休みが始まったって事は終わりに近づくって事・・・きっとアッと言う間に終わってしまうんだろうね。　時間が過ぎるのは早い。　　時間と言えば、人生で一番いい時期と海外でよく言われているという一旦仕事を終えた60歳から始まるこの期間。　その時期が始まってもうじき５年、このいい時期をうまく楽しんでこれたのかなぁ？　この自問自答を続け、はや５回目の年末・・・　この答えは出ないし、出たとて修正はできないけど。。。答えが判らん理想像に現実を透かし合わせるように舵を取ってるつもりなんだけれど・・・わからんなぁ、今年も。。とりあえず積極的にやって行こ。

• サラダの値段

  サラダって、デパート地下食で売ってる高級品から、スーパーで売ってる家庭の味のサラダまで色々ある。ごはんを食べるにも、酒を飲むのにも私は好き。　ポテトサラダ、パスタ系のサラダ・・・どっちもイイ。　チョイチョイ家で作るよ。でも、デパート地下食で売ってる華やかでキラキラした高級品にはなかなか手が出ない。　まぁ、そもそもそんなサラダに慣れてないし、値段からも我が家はあまり馴染みがないなぁ・・・一方、スーパーで売ってるポテトやパスタ系の家庭の味のサラダはと言うと、家で作れば味もあまり変らない物がたくさん出来るという気持ちがあるからか、スーパーのサラダを見ると、やたらに高い。　パックにほんのちょっとしか入ってないのにその値段はないよなぁ・・・何であんな値段になるのか？　結局、デパート地下食で売ってる高級品も、スーパーで売ってる家庭の味のサラダもなかなか買わないんだよな。唯一、何故かスーパーのラムーだけは別。　納得のいく値段設定だよな。おせちもいいけどサラダもね・・・

  クリスマスプレゼント貰った～ I received Christmas present !

  昨日、我が社は営業終了。　で、今日から社員は行くか、有休とるか・・・私はもちろん出勤するよ。　それに昨日はクリスマスイブ。　我家は子供ももう居ないし何もない。ケーキもプレゼントも何もない・・・単なる平日。　ところが、昨日、フィリピン人の私の英語の先生がやって来てポケットから取り出したクリスマスプレゼントをくれた。　彼は昨日で仕事は終了、今日からお休みだって・・・ありがたいなぁ～。　嬉しいなぁ～。　クリスマスなんて縁がないと思っていたけれど、急に嬉しくなっちゃったよ。　幸せ・・・Yesterday, our company finished its work until yesterday.  So, we need to go to work or take a pay holiday.    ・・・Of course I'll go to work. 　And yesterday was Christmas eve.  Cause of no children in my home anymore, so there are no specials about Christmas, cake or present.  ・・・It's a normal day. 　But yesterday, my English teacher who is Pilipino came to my room, so he gave me a Christmas present that he picked it up from his pocket.   He finished his work until yesterday, so he is on holiday from today. ・・・It was thankful and so happy. 　I think that there was no relation with Christmas, but I felt happy suddenly.  Good and happy. ・・

• 医薬分業ほんま腹立つ　What? The system of medical and pharmacy

  歯の直りがイマイチ・・・正月を迎え痛くなると酒も飲めないから、昨日もう一度歯医者に行ってきた・・って言っても、洗浄ぐらいだけ、薬をもらった。　薬は医薬分業。　面倒くさいけれど薬屋に。　で、「どうしました？抜糸しましたか？」なんてくだらん会話でしょ・・・何の役にも立たん。　黙って薬出せっての・・・昨日は私の質問、「何で数日前に来たのに、またわざわざマイナンバーを出す必要があるの？」って質問に対する受付のオバはんの口の利き方が劣悪だわ・・・それに腹立つのはその値段だよ。　頼んでもない無意味の会話料とか、受付のオバはんの給料代か？　計算すると、払う金額に薬の占める割合は20％ほど。　何で80％もの事務費を負担しないといけないのか？　綺麗な事務員ならまだしも、面倒くさそうな顔の受付事務、薬剤師もやせ薬を飲んだ方がいいほど太ったおばさん・・・いや正直、真剣に太り過ぎやろ。。。病院に近いだけの何度か行った薬局だけれど、昨日は悪印象。　もうあの薬屋には行かない。　気持ちもお金も同じ損するなら、すんなり気分よく損させてくれる薬屋に行くわ・・・It has been taking long term to recover my tooth. ・・・If my tooth doesn't become getter, I wouldn't enjoy the New Year that I can't drink alcohol. So I went to the Dentist office again yesterday. ・・Bui it was just only cleaning a tooth. And I got medicines. 　It was a separation system medical and pharmaceuticals. 　・・・・・

  サンドウィッチ作った　I made a Sandwiches

  休日の朝に1人サンドウィッチを作った。　こんな感じ・・・早朝。嫁はまだ寝てる・・・いい感じにできた。　でも１斤、2人で食べるには多いわ・・・残してもどうにもならないので頑張って食べたけれど、休みの朝から腹いっぱい・・・　久しぶり。。。おいしかった。　休日の朝はいいよね、ゆっくりしてまた作ろうか・・・毎回同じ感じだけれどおいしいわ・・I made a Sandwiches on holiday's morning by myself. Like this. ・・・Early morning, my wife was aleep yet. ・・・It seems good that I cooked it. 　But it is too much to eat one loaf of bread for us two. ・・・I managed to eat them all because it is no good to leave it. So we were still full in the morning of the holiday.  ・・・　It's been a while. 。。。It was quite good.  The holiday morning is really good, right? because i can feel realxation. Let's make it again! ・・・The Sandwiches that I made is the same as usual, but very good in everytime.

  錦市場さま変わり

  昨日は墓参り。　行くたびに通る錦市場。　しかし、まさに来るたびに様子が変わってる。　地元の商店街から観光商店街に移行してる。　もはや地元の人が行く商店街ではなくなってる気がする。　毎年、年末に正月の買い物をする光景がＴＶでやるけれど、あれももうじき無くなるかもね。立ち食い、立ち飲み、食べ歩きみたいな店が一杯。　既存の店の業態を変えて、街の特徴のウナギの寝床よろしく、通りから入り込んだ形で数店舗営業してる形の店がチョイチョイあるわ。　TVではよく「京都の台所」なんて表現で紹介してたけれど、もはや「インバウンドの立食い場所」、値段も日本人向けでもないし。　一度替えた業態、形態、もはや戻るのは難しいだろうね。　でも中国系に頼ったこの業態、厳しそうな気がする。　地元の人はこのあり様見て眉をひそめてる事だろうな。　大阪の黒門市場と同じ道を歩んでるんだろうな。

• 歯痛からシェバーの話・・・

  木曜日の朝、会社の上司に歯の状態を言って、午後から診察予約が取れたら休むって話をしてた。　その話の流れの中で、私が「もう歳を取るとあちこち具合が悪い」なんて言ったら、この上司は私の話を受けて自分の使っている 髭剃り シェーバーの調子が悪く買い換えたと言い出した。まあ 、こっちの歯が調子悪いて話の続きが シェーバーが調子悪いって話。　話てるこっちの気持ちとしては一体何のこっちゃっていう感じ・・。話の流れって謎だよね。　その人の置かれてる立場とか状況を感じて話題にしないといけないなって思った。って言うのは、つい最近の新聞の相談コーナーの話なんだけれど、相談者の祖母だったか？が亡くなったって話を会社でしたら、その話を受けて、会社の人は飼ってた猫が死んだって話をされてガッカリしたって・・・。　・・・確かにな。　コミュニケーションと言うか、色々難しいな。。。

• 市販の抗生剤は・・・

  調子良かった歯痛、何かまた同じところが怪しい。　ちょっとモサッと思い感じがある・・・怪しいぞ。いわゆる化膿止め、抗生剤を飲むと化膿している膿による痛みがが収まり、歯痛に効く。　でも抗生剤の市販薬って無いんだよね。　何故だろうか？　これを売ると医者が儲からないためなのか？　素人判断で飲むと体に悪いのか？？ネットで見たら耐性菌の生成を招くって書いてるな・・・漢方系の同じような効能を謳う物は有るみたい。　でも、即効性に欠けるだろうし、歯の痛みには向かないかも・・・それに通常薬が無い中で売ってるこの薬の効き目って懐疑的と見るべきなんだろうな。。　今回も医者からもらった抗生剤を少し残しておきたいと思ってたけれど、残して今回の歯痛を起こした菌を完全に無くすことができないと困るし・・・　次に痛くなった時の為に少し手元に残してきたいあなぁ・・・

• 歯痛回復

  昨日午後から歯医者の予約が取れた・・・いつもの歯医者。　ありがたいよ～。　午後から仕事を休んで行ってきた。　症状を言うと、すぐに奥歯の辺りを見て、奥歯の歯ぐきを切って中を掃除するって・・・とんとん拍子に終了～。。　一気に楽になった気分。　医者が言うには奥歯の下の空洞が化膿してる。　この歯いつまで持つのかわからん状態だなぁ～って。　やっぱりね。　そのうちこの歯ともサヨナラかも・・・でも、一日でも長持ちするようにしないとな。　しかし、何で何ともなかった歯が、数時間で劇痛さになるのか？？　これが旅行とか行ってる最中ならかなわんよな・・・考えるだけでゾッとする。

• 急激な歯痛、何故？　 Suddenly toothache, Why?

  火曜日の午後から歯の調子が悪い。　前に抜いた奥歯の隣の歯。　いづれこんな日が来ると思っていたけれど、ついに来たか。　もし抜くことになったら？　奥歯2本を失うと食べにくいらしい・・・その後どうする？？　色々考えるわ。　それより、何で急に痛くなるのか？　火曜日の昼には何ともなかった。　数時間で急に・・・夕方には歯ぐきで脈が取れる程ズキズキしてるし、ほほも腫れてる気がする・・・で、水曜は歯医者が休み。　いつもの歯医者も休み・・・今日朝からもう一度連絡とって診てもらおう・・・The condition of my tooth has not been good since last Tuesday.   This tooth is next to teeth that I got rid of before.   As I've thought that this day will come in someday, but the day came true finally. 　 If do I need to get away it?   If I lose two teeth, it seems that I will be in hard to eat. ・・・How  does it will be after it?   I'm thinking a lot of cases. 　 Rather than this, why do my teeth become toothache so suddenly?  It was quite good when at Tuesday noon.   In the evening, my gums has swollen and throbbing that I can take my pulse on there.  And also  it seemed that my cheek is swollen. ・・・ But the Dentist office take an absent on Wednesday.   My usual Dentist office take an absent, too. ・・・ I'll ask them today morning again, I want to see a doctor. ・・・

• 良かった、復活 Good, I could be regain.

  この前の日曜日の飲みすぎ。　月曜日は二日酔いで一日台無し・・・で、昨日の火曜日酒を飲んでみた。。どんな味を感じるのか？　にがいのか？　酒を受け付けなくなるのか？？　さて・・・しっかりおいしくいただきました。　旨かった。　日本酒も美味しい・・・よかったね。　復活だわ・・・Last Saturday I drank too much.  And I couldn't do everything last Monday because I  was hung over.  ・・・Well, I tried to drink alcohol yesterday Tuesday. How can I feel that taste?  Is it bitter?  Won't I become to accept alcohol? 　 　What? ・・・I could drink it with feeling good.  Japanese Sake was really good, too. ・・・Good.  I could be regain. ・・・

• 二日酔いだよ全員集合 Let's get together we were hung over

  昨日は仕事する気なし・・・ってか、無理よ。　会社に行って、朝礼に出たらそのまま部屋で休憩。　とても無理。。ラインで一緒に行った先輩に聞くと、症状はほぼ一緒。　幾ら使ったか？　どうやって帰ったか？　イイ感じだよなぁ。。ひとりは2件目に行った寿司屋の記憶が丸々無いって言うの・・・１軒目に行った韓国料理で飲んだマッコリとかチャミスルを調子よく飲んだのが原因だよ、間違いない。　　私が１年の時に3年と4年のクラブの先輩。　くちゃくちゃになるけれど幸せ。。I didn't have any energy to work yesterday. ・・・If I say so, I can't do it.  I went to my company, after I attended the morning meeting, I went to my room and took a rest.  No way. I asked them about body condition; they are almost same with me.  How much did we spent?  How we came home?  That's sounds good.   One of my senior said that he didn't have his memory perfectly about Sushi-restaurant where we visited as a second restaurant. ・・・I definitely think that the reason why we became these body condition, cause of the Machori or the Chamisuru that we drank them at first Korian restaurant. 　　When I was the first grade, they were seniors of club, the third and the fourth grade.   The party became chaos, but I was very happy.

• 二日酔い完成形

  昨日は午後から学生時代の先輩二人と一杯飲みに大阪に出掛けた・・・韓国料理、寿司屋、酔った先輩の休憩のためにカラオケ屋。。　どうなって家に辿り着いたのか不明。　金もいくらどこで払ったのか不明。　今朝もガッツリ残ってる。久しぶりの二日酔い完成形・・・しんどい。

  納得いかんなタチウオ釣り

  昨日のタチウオ釣り、結局納得いかんな。。。　釣りってそう言うもんなのか・・・昨日の船で一番釣った人、いわゆる竿頭は15匹だったって・・・私は13匹。　これは十分だよ。。しかし気に入らんのは大きさだよ。　例によって、いつもの様に小さいのばっかり。　私の周りではチョイチョイ１ｍ超えの話が聞かれ、物差し持って写真撮ったり・・・私はこっそり釣ってこっそりクーラーに入れるサイズ。。　何でやねん・・・一番気に喰わんのは、私の後ろに座った若い兄ちゃん。　まず港を出て30分ほどの移動、その間にしっかり揺られて完全に酔った様子。　釣りを始める頃には顔色無くって、漁場に着いた途端に飴をなめて釣りもせずに休憩してた。。初めてなんだって・・・道中、結構揺れたからね。　その酔いが収まったのか釣りを始めるてチョイチョイ釣ってた。　数はもちろん少ないけれど、大きいのが釣れたのか、帰る頃にはメジャー持って写真撮ってるし・・・どういうこっちゃねんこれは３枚におろして、骨は骨せんべい用に・・・　いちばん大きかったのは、焼いて食べた・・・フワフワで美味しいよ。。　残りは天ぷら用に冷凍。　お正月にみんなで食べようかな、いいごちそうで来たわ・・・

  正月用のタチウオ釣り

  さぁ〜行くで！　今年最後の釣り。　　タチウオ釣り。正月用の太刀魚を釣りに来たの。しかし 寒いにもほどがあるってこのことだね。聞くと 今年は 太刀魚は好調で結構たくさん釣れるらしい。　でもこの言葉に騙されちゃいけない、行ってみないとわからんもんね。どんな感じになるのかな・・・

• 不整脈どうなるの？ What will going my pulse hopping?

  何カ月前だろうか？　自分で心臓の脈が飛んでるのが判る。　すぐにいつもの医者に行ったけれど、打つ手なし。　正常とは言えないけれど正常との判断。　で、様子見・・・。　数日前からまたその感じ・・・今度は父親が行ってた隣町の循環器内科へ行ってきた。。　で、心電図を取って様子をしばらく診てもらったらやっぱり不整脈がある。。　でも、この程度なら薬を飲む程でもないし弊害すらあるかも・・・って。　結局、様子見・・・。　いつもの医者の意見とほぼ同じ。。。　ごめんねいつもの医者。　信じてないわけではないよ。　今回驚いたのは、1,290円だよ。。。安すぎやろ。。　胸の違和感は消えないけれど、何だかわからん心の曇りはスッキリ晴れたよ。　ありがとう・・・How many month before was it？　I noticed my heart pulses are skipping.   I went to see usual doctor soon, but there was no way to treat.  The doctor judged that it wasn’t normal, but the doctor said it's normal.  So we have to keep watching it. ・・・。　I started to feel same phenomenon that I've felt before since few days ago.  This time I went to see a cardiology doctor. My dad used to go this clinic where is next town to my hometown.  The doctor took an electro-cardiogram for a while,  he said that there are heart pulse skipping.  　But he said that it doesn't need to take any medicine for this phenomenon. And if I take some medicine, it may make me something wrong.  In the end, I keep watching it.　It was almost same opinion as my usual doctor.  I'm so sorry my usual doctor. I'm not sure that I don't believe him.  　This time, I was surprised with examination fee, it was only 1,290yen. 。。。It was too cheap, wasn't it? 　Some difference on my chest didn't disappear, but some frustrated my thought was disappeared clearly.  Thank you doctor.

  中国系減っとるな・・・USJ Less Chinese・・・USJ

  昨日は仕事終わってUSJ行ってきた。　　しか～し、大好きなウォーターワールドやってなかった・・・悲し過ぎる。　やってないものはやってない、仕方ないよな・・・パーク内で気づいたのは二つ。　1つは修学旅行生が割と目に付く事。　２つ目は中国系が少ない事。　中国系が少ない事は大いに喜ばしいし、それで修学旅行生が生き生き楽しんでもらえることはイイこととしか言いようがない。。。　クリスマスツリーも無くなってちょっと寂しい。　聞くと去年を最後に置かなくなったんだってね。　でも、キャストはサンタの帽子かぶっていたよ・・・イルミネーションも綺麗・・・I went to USJ after work yesterday.   But, unfortunately the water world that is my favorite attraction wasn't play. ・・・Too sad.   What they didn't play it means they didn't play it. 　No way.  ・・・I found two things in the park.  First I saw a lot of students who were in school trip. And Second, There are less a sort of Chinese people. 　Cause of the less Chinese people is very good for us. And, there is no word to say without saying that it's very good for the school trip students to enjoy USJ with lively. 。。。　It was a little bit sad because there wasn't Christmas tree at there. It seemed that this was finished from last year.  But all casts put a hat of Santacroce. ・・・Also illuminations were very fabulous. ・・・

• 松岡修三、めんどうくさすぎ Matsuoka Syuzou is too annoying

  アイススケートでそのレポーターで松岡修造がチョイチョイTVに出て来てた。　嫌い。　正直、うっとおしい。　面倒臭い感じがプンプンするんだ・・・暑すぎると言うか真剣なんか演技なのか芸風か・・・？　相手の話を聞いてる時にする鳩が豆鉄砲食らった時のようなビックリ顔、何か取って付けた感じのコメント・・・イヤだ。。　本業のテニス以外のスポーツでもちょいちょい出て来るけれど、要らんわぁ～あれって皆気持ちいいのか？　Matsuoka Syuzou sometimes showed up on TV as a reporter about Ice skate match.  I don’t like him. Honestly speaking it's annoying. I can feel something frustrating on him. Because He seems too hot. Is that serious or his particular play character? I don't know it. When he hear the talking of people, he shows surprising facial expression and he speak very particular comments about talking. I hate them, it's too uneasy for me.  　I can understand his talking about the tennis because he was a tennis player, but I don't need him on other sports reporter. Do they feel good that？

  無人給仕すごいな　Unmanned waiter is super.

  昼食に出掛けた・・・注文はQR。　給仕は機械・・・　上手にやるなぁ。。。　ゆっくりだけれど確実だろうし、助かるだろうね・・・気楽でいいわ、機械給仕。。　でもやっぱり、人間に持ってきてもらう方が嬉しいか・・・しかし、QRで注文、機械が給仕、支払いは携帯で・・・もう年寄は飯も食えんな。　I went to have lunch.  ・・・I ordered them with QR code, and unmanned waiter. ・・・ It carry and work very well. 。。。　 It move very slowly, but politely. ・・・ I don't mind it, it's at ease, unmanned waiter. 。。　But man's waiter is better, and I'll happy than unmanned waiter.    But, we can order everything with QR code, unmanned waiters carry everything, and we can check out with cellphone.  ・・The old man won't be able to have meal anymore.

  乗物整備

  朝から車は夏タイヤを冬タイヤに、バイクのOIL交換をやった。　タイヤ交換はだんだんキツイなぁ。　そこまで負担じゃぁないけれど、何しろタイヤが重いんだ・・・こんなに重かったかな？って思う。　これで冬の走行はＯＫ。　スキーも大丈夫、子供の家に雪を気にせず行けるね・・・　お次はバイクのOILも交換、昔ほど乗らないけれど交換。　今回はOILフィルターも。昔は走行距離によって交換してたけれど、今は交換時期にコントロールされてOIL交換。。　なんか寂しいね。。　OILやOILフィルターを交換するとなんだかうれしい。　もっともっと、もっと乗りたいな、車もバイクも。。

  ジャガイモ収穫した I harvested Potatoes

  庭に植えたジャガイモ・・・夏野菜が終わって、畑を休ませておくのももったいないから、何かいいのないかなぁ・・・と思ってるとジャガイモがいけるって話。　出来上がりまで早いんだ。　９月最初だったか？に植えてこの時期出来上がり。。　これだけ採れたよ・・・聞くと今の時期ジャガイモ高いんだって。　嫁は喜んでる。。。よかったね、ジャガイモ。　どうやって食べるかなぁ～。　I planted a potato in my garden. ・・・After the summer vegetables has finished, it's too waste to rest my garden, so what is good vegetables for this season? I guessed. ・・・I heard that the potatoes are good. 　The potatoes grow up quickly.  　It seems that I planted them early September and they has grown up this season. 。　I got them like this.  ・・・I heard that the potatoes are expensive on this season.  My wife pleased this. Good for us, potatoes.  How will we eat them?

• 謎の料金システム Mystery fee system

  旅行の飛行機、もちろんLCC。。。　謎①　運賃を見ると、エサの往路運賃は安いのに、何でか復路はグッと高い。　何でや？　行ったからには帰らないといけないという、弱み？　これが弱みかどうかは解らんけれど、結局そういう事なんだろうね。　謎②　飛行機に乗るという事は、空港利用料とか税金とか決まった費用が乗っかってくる。　これって、利用者からすると「全部でなんぼ？」って事で旅費の一部だから、何で分けるかなぁ？？　その最たるものは燃油サーチャージだよ。　あれを分けて表示するのは完全にだましだよな。。謎③　さて、支払い、クレジットカードの番号を入れる時になって手数料が要るって言うんだ・・・逆に手数料なしで払う方法が無いの。　今どき、手数料？　それが１路線1,000円だって。。。2人で往復だと4,000円加算される・・・支払いは総額まとめてするのに、何で手数料は1路線1,000円？？？おかし過ぎやろ。　まぁ、あれもこれも旅費に込みと考えて総額を見ると、往路のエサの片道運賃から考えると想像できない事になるなぁ・・・　それはJETSTAR。。。When we go to travel with airplane. Of course I take a LCC. 　Mystery①　When I check the travel fee, I don't know the reason why the outbound fee, that is as a bait is cheap, but the return fee is pretty high.  Why is this?  If I went somewhere, I have a one weak point that I have to came home. I don't know this is a weak point or not, but in the end this mean of this system mean it, right?  　Mystery② What we take an airplane; we are supposed to pay the airport using fee and some taxes.   But if I think about every fee, we want to say "How much is all of them?" So why do they separate theses fee? Because these are a one part of travel fee, I guess.  The biggest issue is the fuel surcharge.    What they show the travel price without that is perfectly cheating, right?Mystery ③　And, when I'm at the checkout, they require me some charge when I insert the credit number.    ・・・The other hand, there is no way to pay without commissions.  Nowadays you require a commissions?   It needs 1,000yen per a flight leg. 。。。If we go around trip with 2people, they require 4,000yen. ・・・But when we pay this travel fee, I'll pay them as a whole amount.  Why I have to pay these commissions each. ？？？ It's too ridiculous.  　Well, whole amount travel fee include this and that fees are included,  so If I think the outbound fee as a bait, that cheaper fee has changed that I cannot imagine it. ・・・　That's JETSTAR.。。。

• 腰痛再び　Lower back pain again

  数日前に床に置いてた大型TVを棚の上に動かしてほしいと頼まれて、安請け合いした。　これまで何十年と良くなったり悪くなったりを繰り返してきた腰痛の事を完全に忘れてた。　TVもうまく動かせて、その作業わずか１分ほど。　それをやって数時間後から腰が重くなってきた。　今は、ちょっと痛い様なだるい様な・・・いつもの足先のしびれも現れた・・・失敗した。　でも、痛く無い時ってその痛みの事を完全に忘れている。　そりゃ数年痛くなかったからねぇ～。　早く良くなりますように・・・歯痛、頭痛、痛み全般それが無い時はそのツライ事は忘れてるな。The other day, I was asked that could you please move a large TV on the floor onto the shelf. I accept it easily.    I've totally forgot that the pain of my back that it getting worse and getting better many times so far.I could move it easily; it took only about one minutes.I felt that my back getting worse after a few hours when I finished that work. 　Now I'm feeling something pain or tired and dore on around there. 　・・・　The usually numbing appered on around toe. ・・・I failed it.  When durling I don't feel anything pain, I perfectly forget that when I feel pain.  So I haven't felt these pain for a few years. I hope I could become getting better. ・・・Teethache, headache, and I've forgot all of pain during I'm feeling pain.

• 嫁の大腸がん検査 The colon cancer examination of my wife.

  この前私の会社で受けた嫁の大腸がんの検査。　ウンコゴシゴシ２本出すやつ・・・嫁が引っかかったんだ。　身内に癌で亡くなった者が居るから大そう気にしてた。　ケツからのカメラで検査・・・結果は小さなポリープ１個発見、その場で切除。　その他は異状なし・・・という事で無事問題なしの結論。　喜んでるたわ・・・　良かったね。　検査の数日前から食べるものを指定の物へ替え、お菓子も控えて、気持ちからも体重が数キロ減ったって・・・そのまま維持できるはずも無く、すぐに戻るんだろうな。　結局、その変化は減っても判らん、増えても判らん。。。The other day, my wife took a colon  cancer examination of that took place my company .  　You know that after the people rob the surface of poop and submit two test pieces. ・・・My wife was caught by this exam..  She was really worried about it because she has a relatives who died by cancer. 　 It seem that the inner camera put into from ass hole to exam..  A small polyp was found, and the doctor get rid of it at that time.    Another difference was noting, it was OK. ・・・So all of conclusion was fine. 　 She was very pleased. ・・・　Good for her. 　 She changed meals to designated food before a few days before the examination, and she didn't eat any snacks. So she seemed that she had been losing a few kilos, because too mind about it. ・・But I think that she won't be kept this weight, it'll be return soon. 　 In the end, I'll never notice it, if she lose weight, or if she gain weight. 。。。

  穴あきアルミ鍋 Alminum pot with small holes

  職場には昼食にいつもおにぎりを持って行ってるんだけども、ちょっと変わったものが食べたいな と思って買い物へ・・・年間通してほぼ食べないカップラーメンか？　何かいいのないかなとスーパーへ。色々あったけれど 結局 アルミの鍋に入ったうどんが目に入って、懐かしさもあってそれを買ったの。昨日の朝、食べようと思って職場に持って行って 鞄から出すとアルミの鍋がちょっと変形しているよ・・・荷物に押されたんだ。形を整え、湯を入れ、レンジに載せると水が漏れてる。　変形したのを直した時に穴が開いたんだ、きっと。　さて どうしようかと考えてコップに出汁を作って、うどんは器を傾けて湯を入れて、釜揚げ風にして食べたよ。　・・・シンクの横に立って立ち食いうどんだよ。　十分に加熱出来なかったけれど、まあまあ いけたな、美味しかった。食べた後、透かしてみると 3つぐらい小さな穴が開いていたよ。　I always take Onigiri to my workplace for lunch, though I thought that I wanted to eat another lunch, so I went shopping. ・・・Do I chose a cup type ramen that I seldom eat it in though one year?  There is a lot of ramen, but I chose a Udon with aluminum pot. I bought it because I felt something nostalgy. I went to my workplace with it yesterday morning, when I took out from my bag unfortunately aluminum pot has little bit transformed. ・・・ It was pushed by another things in my bag. I adjusted this shape, I put into boiled water and put it on the stove, It was leaking. I guess that when I adjust its shape, it must be a hole, may be. 　Well I thought that how should I do・・・　 I made soup on a cup and put the pot of Udon-nudle tilt. I ate it Kama age style, and I was standing side of sink I ate it standing eat-style. I couldn’t enough heat it, but it was pretty good.  Delicious. After lunch I checked the pot, I found about three small holes on it.

• 〆のそばって Soba noodles for the final course, but

  この前京橋で飲んでると、隣の2人で飲みに来てた爺さんが店員と何やら話をしてる。　店員は外国人、客は爺さん、注文はQRコード・・・そりゃこんがらがるわ。どうも、おっさんは酒飲んで最後にそばを食いたかったのか「〆のそば」をQRで注文したみたい。　しかし、持って来られた「そば」は、鍋の最後に入れる「黄そば」。　水にさらされた「黄そば」がひと玉が皿の上に無機質に載せられてる。　それを外国人の店員さんが持って来た感じ・・・爺さんは違うと言ってる。　まぁ、爺さんも爺さん。　確かに飲んだ後の〆のそばに違いないけれど、ちゃうやろ。。。それを外国人店員に理解を求めても解らんやろなぁ・・・The other day, when I drink at Kyobashi, two old man were there who were next table of us. They talked something to waiter.  The waiter was forginer, the customers were old men, the way to order was QR-code.  That's really confusing. I guess, it seemed that they wanted to eat "Soba" after drinking, so they ordered "Soba noodles for the final course" with QR-code.  But the waiter served "Soba", but that was "Yellow Soba" that we often eat at final timing of Nabe. Only water washed "Yellow Soba" was on a dish with inorganicly.  The waiter who was forginer bringed it. ・・・The old men said that I didn't order it.   That is really correct, because it was the "Soba noodles for the final course", but it wasn't correct. . 。。。But if they tried to explain it, forgin waiter wouldn't understand it, I think. ・・・

• 寒さのダメージ予想以上

  昨日帰ってきたキャンプ。　家に帰って、掃除して、道具をしまって・・・嫁は洗い物とか洗濯とか忙しそう。　お疲れ様。　夕ごはん食べてソファでゴロリ・・・しかし、ソファで長居はせずにとっとと布団に入って寝たよ。。さて、今朝。　布団中で体の疲れを感じる・・・ほぼ回復はしたけれど、だいぶ疲れてたんだなぁ～って感じたよ。　　今回そう遠くまで運転して出かけたわけでもない。　動いてないし、体力を使ったわけでもない。　結局、寒さだよ。　実温度は測ってないけれど、キャンプ場ピンポイントで予報で最低温度１度だったから。寒さって、疲れるし、体力の消耗が激しいんだ。　そんなの知ってたはずだけれど、加齢と相まって改めて感じる。

  キャンプ行ってきた

  土日で息子家族とキャンプに行ってきた。　今回のキャンプはそもそも数か月前に設定していたものが、雨で２回延期で、今回になったもの。　　当初は暑い時期だった。　１回目の延期で暑い時期から、気持ちイイ時期に変更・・・が、雨。　２回目の延期で気持ちイイ時期から極寒の今回に・・・無茶苦茶寒いやん。。　グリム冒険の森、ペットエリア、電源無し・・・誰もおらん。　寒いだけ・・・　客、我々の２サイトのみそりゃそうか・・・電源も無い所で、人もペットも凍えるかぁ・・・けど、土曜の夜は風が全く吹かず、津々と寒いだけ。　助かったわ、風が無いのは。。。　おかげで星がものすごく綺麗。。まぁ、いいキャンプ、気持ちよかった。　鹿の糞はたくさんあった。　熊は？・・・居ないとは思うけれど、さらりと心配だったなぁ。。　満足、いいキャンプだった。。。
