Weight loss motivation will stay fresh with something tangible that you can look at to remind you of your goals. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Fiber fills your stomach.

There is more to weight loss success than simply walking twice a week, cutting carbs, or skipping dessert.

Personally, I think that's a very LOW estimate; especially when you consider all the weight-loss programs, exercise equipment, business books, and everything else you could put in the category of "self-help".
