Because so many of the lovely (sarcasm fully intended) comments on here focus solely on the simplistic "men = bad. women = good" theme, I'll focus on something a bit deeper than that, and give my two cents.

Loved the exemplary level of althetisism from all actors. Takes an immense amount of work to get that awesome at kicking a and look that great doing it. Sort of reminded me of well-choreographed Jackie Chan fights, effortless and super stylized.

Visually: very pretty and if you're actually paying attention, you also will see many disturbing images around Dark Mask (in the club: mini statues of women being silenced, blindfolded, etc, and around his hide-out house, it gets a lot darker. To me, this signifies attention to detail, which I applaud.

Plot: a bit messy. Takes a bit too long to get the main ladies together, and at that point, you do wonder about the magic of the feminine collective, and how quickly everyone untied over a common cause. At the same time, I still cheered for all of them, despite the lack of a consistent story line.

Physics: very questionable. Then again, we're in the DC universe.

Bottom line: it was fun. I laughed, I cringed everytime Harley broke someone's ankle with a bat, and I genuinely had a great time. Kudos to those who made this happen. So, suspend your judgment, have fun, and allow the beautiful escapism to take over. This is why we go to the movies.

Would have gave more stars but the story was a total disaster, Huntress & Rene cast wrongly but the comedy genius of Margot Robbie & Ewan McGregor as black mask got me through the movie. Both of the writer's & director should be sacked & replaced if they are to make a sequel.

Like most movies lately this also comes loaded with a feminist agenda. no wonder why bombed in box office. br>
Other than that is a bad wannabe deadpool movie and dumb as fk.

The last 10mins will permanently lower your IQ. I promise you that.

Some fighting choreographies are nice tho, I will give it that.
