1.Kneel on the floor and place your hands on your hips.
2.Strech your left leg out to the side, your left foot on the floor.
(your left foot is line with your right knee.)
3.Inhale, extend your arms out to the side, parallel with the floor.
4.Exhale, bend your torso to the left, and slide your left hand down on your leg.
5.As you knhale, bring your right arm over by the side of your ear.
