1.Lie on your belly
2.Bend your knees and hold your ankles.
3.Inhale, lift your knees up, your thigh off the floor and open your chest. (pressing your feet in to your hands.)
4.Exhale, draw your shoulder blades on to your back.
Your face is facing forward.
