  中程度からやや濃いルビーの色調で、エッジは紫色のグラデーション。香りはチェリーやラズベリーなどの果実にオレンジの皮、バニラなどのニュアンス。 飲んでみると、心地よいクリーンな果実味とそれを受け止めるじんわりとした酸、穏やかなタンニン。香りにも味にも少しフォクシーなフレーバーがあるが、あまりそこを突き詰めると「角を矯めて牛を殺す」ことにもなりかねないので、このくらいでよいのかなぁとも思う。 二日目になると化粧っ気が薄れて、オレンジピールっぽい果実味が全面に出てくるようになった。 It shows a medium to slightly deep ruby hue with a purplish gradient at the rim. The nose offers nuances of cherries, raspberries, orange peel, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, there is a pleasant, clean fruitiness supported by gentle acidity and soft tannins. Both the aroma and flavor carry a slight foxiness, but trying to suppress it too much might be like “killing the cow by straightening its horns.” At this level, it feels just right.
