  私が贔屓にしている竹橋パレスサイドビル「マンマ・ミーア」の「絶望」と「海賊風」。「絶望」はウニの旨味が効いている。「海賊風」は醤油ベースのシーフードたっぷり。正統派のイタリアンとはちょっと違うかもしれないが、好みの味だ。 There are the “Despair” and "Pirates" pasta from Mamma Mia in the Palaceside Building in Takebashi, a place I’m quite fond of. "Despair" is packed with the rich flavors of sea urchin and "Pirates" is soy-sauce based seafood pasta. It may not be strictly traditional Italian, but it’s exactly the kind of taste I love.  こちらはB級グルメの代表格、「パンチョ」のナポリタン。これはこれで、数か月に１度、やたらと食べたくなる。 And this one is the classic B-grade favorite: the Napolitan spaghetti from Pancho.
