It’s a newly opened ramen restaurant in July at the center of Kochi city near Hirome-ichiba.

The name of this ramen restaurant is “Tori-to-Sakana” meaning “Chiken & Fish”.

Before come to this place, restaurateur had been running a ramen restaurant called “Menzu House Tsunagi” at Yassie Park in Konan city.

At the entrance of restaurant, you can choose ramen that you’d like to have today by checking photos shown on the wall. Choose the number and open the entrance sliding door! Then you can find a ticketing machine on your left. Insert cash to the machine and push the number that you choose. If you do not have exact amount of money, do not worry, you can have change from the said machine.

Then take a seat and hand a ticket to a woman who serves ramen to you.

At this time she asks you to choose the type of ramen. There are two types of noodle in this restaurant, thin type (Hoso-men) & flat type(Hirauchi-men). I suggest you to order Hoso-men at the first visit!

Today’s ramen is an “Ajitama Niboshi Shoyu ramen ¥850+¥100 (large serving of "Hiarauchi-men noodle)” meaning “Fish broth soy souce ramen with seasoned egg”. (#4 ramen of entrance photo.)

The taste of this ramen is out of this world! Oishii-desu!
