花見友紀の「鉄道のある日常」

初めての仙台。当然のことながら仙台市地下鉄南北線に乗るのも初めてである。途中どこかで降りようと思ったが、時間がなかったのでとりあえず乗れるところまで乗り、写真も撮るだけで済ませてしまった。


1000系の特徴の1つといえば、このドア。ガラスの上下が丸くなっているのが最大の特徴。



かわいいのかかわいくないのか微妙なところだが、ドアステッカーの女の子。お下げ髪で、オレンジ色のランドセルを背負っている。歳は小学校1～2年生くらいだろうか。手を戸袋に引き込まれて「いたいよ～！」って泣いていて、かわいそう…。助けてあげたい…。

この女の子のステッカー、僕としてはもう少し低い位置、ドアが丸くなり始めるあたりに貼ったほうが、子どもにも見えやすくてよいかと思うのだが…。


仙台市地下鉄の駅入口（写真は仙台駅）。屋根上から仙台（SENDAI）の「S」の文字を2つ組み合わせた地下鉄のシンボルマークを掲げているところが東京メトロに似ている。駅構内の案内表示もどこかかつての営団地下鉄のものに似ている。


It was the first time for me to travel on Sendai Municipal Subway Nanboku Line. At first, I planned that I tried to walk around a station, but I couldn't because I had no time to do. However, I could photograph the train.

One of the characteristics of Sendai Municipal Subway 1000 Series is the oval-shaped glasses on the doors. On the door, the mind-the-door sign with a cartoon girl whose hand gets injured at the door pocket is showing. She's in pigtails and carrying an orange-coloured school bag. She looks pity, which made me feel to help her.

From my point of view, it is better to show the sign at the eye level of the small children.

The entrance of the subway station (in the fourth photograph) shows the symbol of the subway, two blue-coloured Ss. It looks like that of Tokyo Metro. The signs in the station are also similar to the old ones of Tokyo Metro.
