花見友紀の「鉄道のある日常」

麗ちゃんは小田急ロマンスカーの中では30000形「EXE」が1番好きだという（2008年4月15日の日記より）。

30000形「EXE」は観光輸送だけでなく通勤輸送にも対応したロマンスカーとして1996（平成8年）に登場。20m級車体のボギー車6両編成と4両編成があり、多くは10両編成を組む。座席定員を増やした一方で、展望席がない、デザイン・塗装がロマンスカーらしくないという理由で悪評を買い、ロマンスカー一の「駄作」である言われている。毎年優れた車両に贈られる「ブルーリボン賞」もロマンスカーで唯一受賞していない。

そのためか、今まで模型化もされていなかった。しかし、2011（平成23）年1月、30000形がマイクロエースから遂に模型化される。偶然かもしれないが、京王井の頭線3000系に続いて麗ちゃんの好きな車両が同社から模型化されることになる。

EXE debuted in 1996 as the Romancecar not only for laisure use but also business use and is 20-metre long, boggie carriage. There are 6- and 4-car and both are almost always coupled to make 10-car. EXE can carry more passengers than 7000 or 10000 Series, 12 or 16-metre long, but it doesn't have observation seats and design and colour not match for the image of Romancecar. Because of those reasons, some railfans call it "the worst design Romancecar" and it couldn't get Blue Ribbon Prize.

EXE also didn't become a model train, but the model is selling on this coming January from Micro Ace. Micro Ace is also going to start to sell the model of Keio Inokashira Line 3000 Series, one of Urara's favourite train, too.
