東武東上線池袋駅で50000系電車最新の51009Fと51090系電車最新の50095Fが並んだ。以前にも書いたように、50000系シリーズは今年度70本が新造される予定で、このうち0番台5本、90番台1本が落成している。残る1本は0番台か、70番台か、90番台か…。

伊勢崎線・日光線への50番台の投入が一段落し、今後は8000系電車の置き換えと東急東横線・横浜高速鉄道みなとみらい線への乗り入れに向けて、東上線に10両編成の0番台と70番台、伊勢崎線・日光線に6両編成の0番台が投入されると思われる。

東上線もATC化が近づいており、50000系が更に増備され、10000系と10030系もATC設置工事が進められると思われるが､これと同時に内装の修繕（リニューアル）もしてほしいところだ｡


On 29th, I saw the latest-made set of 50000 Series 51009F and that of 50090 Series 51095F set at Ikebukuro Station on Tobu Tojo Line. As I wrote before, 70 carriages of 50000 Series, 50070 Series, or 50090 Series would plan to start their regular service until March, 2011. Among them, five sets of 50000 Series and a set of 50090 Series started. What type the last one will be, 50000, The normal one, 50070, Which can go through Yurakucho, Fukutoshin, Toyoko, and Minatomirai Lines, or 50090, Adapted to TJ Liner service.

As manufacturing of 50050 Series on Isesaki Line had almost finished, the production of the one for Tojo Line restarted this year. To replace 8000 Series and to be adapted to Toyoko and Minatomirai Line, three types of 50000 Series may be making.

Tojo Line is going to introduce the new ATC system in a few years. In parallel with the manufacturing of 50000 Series, installing ATC and refurbishment of 10000 and 10030 Series may also start?
