花見友紀の「鉄道のある日常」

国際興業バスといえば、東京都・埼玉県の西武池袋線、東武東上線、埼京線、京浜東北線、埼玉高速鉄道、東武伊勢崎線沿線を中心に見られる黄緑色のバスだが、飯能駅付近で赤茶色国際興業バスに遭遇した。



飯能営業所所属の9501号車。しかも今や絶滅危惧種と言ってよい、出っ張った前面と大きなフロントガラスが特徴のいすゞ・キュービックという車種である。

この塗装は国際興業バス創業時の塗装を復活させたもの。こと塗装の車はこの9501号車1台だけという大変貴重な存在。僕もまさか飯能の街中でこのバスに出会えるとは思ってもいなかった。

そして、もう1台飯能でしか見ることができない国際興業バスに遭遇した。





飯能市を舞台とするアニメ「ヤマノススメ」のラッピングが施された6025号車。2013（平成25）年に放送されたアニメで、西武鉄道も協力しており、西武電車の西武スマイルビジョンでも同作とタイアップしたハイキングマップのCMが放映されていた。2014（平成26）年4月より再放送が始まり、僕もそれを見ている。7月には新シリーズの放送も決まり、ラッピングバスがもう2台増えることも先日発表された。


Kokusai Kogyou Bus is light-green-coloured bus whose network spreading in Tokyo and Saitama mainly along Seibu Ikebukuro Line, Tobu Tojo Line, Saikyo Line, Keihin-tohoku Line, Saitama Railway Line, and Tobu Isesaki Line. However I saw a reddish-brown-coloured one near Hanno Station.

A Cubic, who has characteristic front with a big grass, manufactured by Isuzu Motors Number 9501 belonging to Hanno bus barn. This colour is the original one when the company established. The bus coloured this pattern is only that. I couldn't expect I met that.

Soon after that, I also met another bus that being seen only in Hanno area.

6025, whose body is decorated with the illustrations of "Encouragement of Climb", an anime work set in Hanno City broadcast in 2013. From this April I started to watch its repeat broadcast on TOKYO MX, however I have known this work because of tie-up with Seibu Railway such as commercial movie of Seibu Hiking Map on LCD. The broadcast of its new TV series from this coming July and debut of two more decorative bus from this coming May were announced.
