花見友紀の「鉄道のある日常」

京王電鉄の名物グルメとして人気の、カレーショップC&Cの新宿カレー。その新宿カレーを今回自宅で頂いた。



以前C&C各店で販売されているレトルトの新宿カレーを買ってきた。

袋を開けたら、店で出されるものと同じ香り。食べたらもちろん、口に広がるのはどこか癖になるあの味。食べている間、僕の脳内には京王電車の走行音をBGMにカレーショップC&Cのお店の雰囲気が広がった。


Curry and rice serving at Curry Shop C&C, which is managed by an affiliated company of Keio Corporation and spread to some Keio Line and Keio Inokashira Line stations, is beloved by railfans.

On October 5th, I ate an retort pouch version of the curry with rice.

As opening the pouch, It smelled of the same one as the one served at the shop. While eating, I enjoyed the characteristic taste and imagined the atmosphere of the shop and the mechanical sound of Keio Line train.
