西武4000系のボックスシートのテーブルに「明治 ミルクチョコレートCUBIE」を広げた1枚を。 「明治 ミルクチョコレートCUBIE」は、明治ミルクチョコレートを立方体（サイコロ型）にして食べやすい大きさになり、なおかつ手で摘まんでもチョコレートが付きにくいように改良されたもの。 同商品は6月2日より、アニメ「あの日見た花の名前を僕達はまだ知らない。」と、「あの花」スタッフが再結集して制作される新作アニメ映画「心が叫びたがってるんだ。」とタイアップしたキャンペーンを実施している。 Cubic chocolates on the table of Seibu 4000 Series.
